Somebody please help with the recruiting and retention in this store! These poor ladies are straight killing themselves trying to fill all the orders tonight, but clearly they are missing team members if there are only 3 including the manager. Seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. Also, the app seems to lie and confirm your order is ready before it is actually confirmed by a team member. Everytime I come in when my order is "ready" we are not quite there yet. Hat's off to the staff that's here, they are trying like hell but it's hard to keep up with the volume.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The manager should be replaced ASAP and the girl who takes orders at the register. We ordered food then went to go pick it up, paid, then five minutes later she comes up to my husband and got a attitude saying they don’t have Alfredo sauce and told him he’ll have to wait until she gets everyone else’s order (like 8 people) then she’ll get the manager( who was outside on her phone smoking) . Just shut this place down. Waisted our time!!! (It took 35 mins to get a refund) So unprofessional it’s unreal. I never make bad reviews but this had to be done.. sad.

It is a shame that this Pizza Hut location is fairly new and is absolutely NASTY on the inside. I have been inside to eat three or four different times during this past year. Every time I have been in the restaurant the tables are always dirty as well as the floors. Drinks had been spilled on the seats and floor. The drink spills had been there so long they had dried. The owner of this location should be ashamed of allowing this place to be so filthy. I don’t see how they are passing health inspections. We are through with Minden Pizza Hut.
It’s been a couple years since the move and the remodel of the local Pizza Hut. Let me say this when they first opened pre-Covid. That place was great. It had the closest thing to a sports bar atmosphere that you could get. They had alcohol on tap beer of course not liquor. They had a bar you could sit at and actually watch the pizzas being made which I thought was really cool. they had music that was constantly going in the background also very cool and then Covid came. Nothing changed about that store. Let me just get that straight. It has become a pick up or delivery establishment (even though it’s not). I put that on the staff. Strike that, upper management. But the upper management is held to a specific standard and process that they are supposedly held to by corporation run Pizza Hut. The same thing happened to another pizza place that has sits closed down here in Minden and I do believe that for the job that’s being done and the pay that is given for said job I believe people have become lackadaisical in their job and it’s hard when you hire someone that does a great job and you can only pay them so much. They figure out that they’re worth more and therefore end up leaving and you’re stuck with subpar employees. Now that being said, I didn’t call everyone out at this establishment. I will be very clear to say that there have been a handful of times that I have visited this place and had exemplary service. Service where the manager and employees cater to my needs and took care of me regardless of what was going on they took care of me and made sure that I was satisfied with my dinner/dining experience. The food is fantastic. It always has been. It always will be in my opinion. Good stuff. The service would get a five star had I not had runs in the past with employees that really didn’t care and I’m pretty sure that they are not there anymore. So should be a five star but because of some other people it’s not, and the atmosphere would be a five if people actually came and sat down to eat there like they used to BEFORE covid. ( I know this review sounds like it’s personal but assure me that it is not it’s just that I have visited this restaurant more than 50 times in the past year and therefore I do know a little bit of what’s going on at the establishment). It’s a good pizza place. They have a lot of different things on the menu and I’ve not tried all of them, but I’ve tried most of them and everything that they do is really good. You can’t go wrong the Pizza Hut.
None of the tables were clean. They were all disgusting, our food took forever for a fast food restaurant, and the customer service was terrible.

Extremely slow. Took 40 min for my personal pan pizza to be ready. The guy in the front seems like he could care less about you or your order. He doesn’t seem to know what’s going on either. And you don’t get sauce with your wings. When I asked he said “that’s other places but not here”
