I ordered a large pizza with a 2liter drink, pizza was 20 minutes late and cold. The drink was not with the order. I called and was told at our local location that if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the pizza back. I asked for a refund for the drink I didn’t receive and was given store credit! I will pick up the drink tomorrow and will NEVER eat Pizza Hut again!!! This is the second BAD experience I have had with this local store and there will NOT be given a third chance.

This is by far the worst pizza place in Minden and I suspect this locations days are probably numbered as I can’t imagine people will continue to give them business. Ordered two hand tossed medium pizzas and what we received were two paper thin pizzas. These pizzas were so thin you could see light through them. I would say it could potentially be a training issue or incorrect order but this is not the first time. Which means this location is intentionally taking advantage of their customers and not providing what is being purchased. I would steer clear of this place and get your pizza elsewhere. For Minden, everyone out pizzas the hut.

This place has gotten worse and worse. First of all when you make a pizza, a quarter of it should not be crust. Their pizzas hardly have any cheese on or any toppings. If you’re paying $17 for a pizza, it should look like a pizza not a piece of cardboard. The service there and the employees are ridiculous. They do not acknowledge that you’re even standing in line. They just keep right on doing what they’re doing like you’re not even standing there. Stop ordering from this place and go find you a Hunt Brothers Pizza at one of the local convenience stores like Buzz Buy in Dixie Inn or deli stop in Sibley. The pizza runs about $11 for a medium and they load toppings on there. The Pizza Hut in Minden is no longer worth the money. It is a major rip off. The wait time at the store is also ridiculous. The app tells you that your pizza should be ready in 30 minutes and it’s up to an hour. Go to Dominoes go to Johnnys Go to Hunt Brothers because this place needs to be shut down.

Not sure who the Manger and District Manger are, but the worker was by herself on a Saturday night at that. My order was suppose to be ready in 15 mins it took over half an hour when it was ready. The customer service was poor no greeting or welcoming customers at the door. If we first read the other reviews we would have order from another restaurant.
Didn't even get to order because when my son went in to order he wasn't even acknowledged. Just left him standing there and it wasn't busy, so that can't be used as the reason.

Everytime I come here it's like the food just gets better and better I really do enjoy the workers here and they always seem to be so happy to help their customers y'all definitely make me one happy customer and I seriously highly recommend coming here also not mention they even nice cold beer

It's always a doordash delivery but I believe the fruit is good cuz I haven't heard any complaints from the customers by delivered to. When you go there ask for Allison she'll take good care of you and just tell her Peter said for you.

Today was $2 personal pan pizza and it was a mess. I placed an order on the app that said it would be ready for pick up in 35 minutes. I got there and was waiting in line with no assistance for over an hour and a half. The lady that was taking orders when I got there completely stopped and started doing something else and never came back to the register. Customers were just in line waiting with no assistance. A heavy set lady was rude when someone ask about their order. Luckily I had a chance to ask a guy about my order and he found it and gave it to me. Hopefully next time they don’t be rude and understaffed because this was absolutely ridiculous and they were not prepared at all!

I am used to this place taking forever. But tonight after waiting 30 minutes after my order was supposed to the ready, it still wasn’t in sight. There were 20+ people waiting for their food. The manager said she was behind 30 tickets. There were only two people working. There was a third person but for some reason, in all this chaos, she was sitting down eating. They need some help really, really bad.
