Shout out to Ashton. For keeping her cool in spite of customers attitudes. Ordered over the weekend the place was a madhouse because of all the customers and they were swamped. Good job ashton for being nice and polite to me in spite of the immense stress you were under that day.
Somebody please help with the recruiting and retention in this store! These poor ladies are straight killing themselves trying to fill all the orders tonight, but clearly they are missing team members if there are only 3 including the manager. Seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. Also, the app seems to lie and confirm your order is ready before it is actually confirmed by a team member. Everytime I come in when my order is "ready" we are not quite there yet....
