We are so glad we accidentally found this wonderful Italian bistro on our way to Texas!. Brody was very soft spoken, polite and knowledgeable. We had Linguine Genovese and manicotti upon his recommendation and both were so delicious and finger linking good! I highly recommend all to visit this place in a small town called Minden, LA on 532. Thanks.

First thing is the lemon cello was damn good. The food is very good. Service was good. Very nice atmosphere and the place is super clean. The table had a wobble but overall, when I am in the area I would eat here again. The lobster ravioli is better than when I had it in New York Italian district.

I know experiences can change in ratings for places in businesses will too overtime. Aromas Italian bistro was the first high end dining establishment that I knew of in Minden Louisiana over the first year it was immaculate. They ironed out the kinks and their recipes for their dishes as well, over the past few years, they have had ups and downs as far as their waiters and waitresses along with their kitchen. I believe some places get complacent and stop striving for greatness, especially once the. “New” wears off this place would be five star in my book if they had a legitimate front house manager. The chef should not sit on the menu that is out there and I would definitely try new recipes each week to mix up the monotony of always cooking the same thing have you front house staff push the specials and sometimes bring things in that you normally wouldn’t cook or sell on your menu advertising is a thing and signs in front of your business are free. Once again, I know everything cost but this restaurant in my book should be one that stands the test of time in this town. I would hate for it to close or become something else that being said, I do love this restaurant and I will come back many times, but those are just my recent contribution.

The ravioli appetizer was great! The individual pizza is enough for 3 people!!!Had a nice experience,the food was really good, unique atmosphere, very nice server, and reasonable prices!

I had the Salmon Florentine which was Very delicious!! Service, atmosphere and staff were good, Everyone at my table was very pleased with their menu choice which included spaghetti, chicken Marsala, shrimp, etc.

I like Roma's I've almost always enjoyed the Food. I will say though, the past month or two (as of 1/12/24) it has tasted different the two times I got it, could've just been that night. I really don't know but it's almost like they used a different recipe or maybe they are getting their ingredients from a different place, now it's not an overwhelming difference but there definitely is something different and I don't personally enjoy it, I think one key thing is that there's sauce used to be sweeter and now it's a little more on the salty side so maybe that's it. Now personally, I typically order mine to go, but I've never had a problem with service. They are always very respectful. I've only ever eaten in the restaurant once, and I would say I did enjoy the ambience. The mood of the restaurant and the vibe and energy of the restaurant match the food great and it is a lovely experience. The only reason that I'm taking off one star is because, the last 2 times that I went it has taken a rather long time, I would say somewhere around a 45 minute wait for two chicken parms with spaghetti, I am kind of just chucking that up to new ownership or management, because I am aware that the previous owner has passed away recently and I'm sure things have changed because of the passing.

I ordered spaghetti, a very simple Italian dish thats easy to make and i was left extremely disappointed. The sauce tasted like it came out of a can and lacked seasoning. The meatballs tasted like the frozen ones from walmart.The service was nice, the place looks unique and cozy. The food is severely overpriced considering its trash. I would personally be ashamed to own a restaurant with Italian in the name and serve spaghetti from a can with frozen meatballs.
This place was a very nice unexpected surprise to eat in the Minden area. The food was delicious! The only complaint I have is about a food item I ordered. I ordered a Ministrone soup. It was very good except I literally could not see the vegetables. I think they scraped the bottom of the pot for me. I saw the pasta. The vegetables were smaller than even diced vegys. I should have said something, but I didn't. I also tipped very well because the waitor was excellent.

A real gem find. Traveling by RV, we like to find nice restaurants for dinner every night. This one is wonderful. A brick building originally a bank, the atmosphere is inviting. Superb service. Our server even fixed a dinner salad to my needs. GF pizza very good. Spaghetti and meatballs excellent. Prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend this for a nicer place to dine.

By far my favorite Italian Restaurant to go to! My mouth is watering just thinking about the food again. If you are anywhere close, you want to stop by here. Fresh ingredients, absolutely amazing food and some of the best sweet tea around!
My husband and I Loved the food here Hidden Gem in a small town. It was delicious! He got the lasagna and it was delicious his words were "damn babe this is GOOD" i got the shrimp pasta with pink sauce not sure the name of it but it was good! Nothing like this tastes in my hometown (956). The customer service was 10/10 the waitress was very lovely and helpful and very attentive. The bread is very good too! The ambiance was very calm and peaceful it was awesome to know that it used to be a bank! very nice place i loved it. we will for sure be going back before we leave louisiana!
