I went to Sonic this day to get a Strawberry Cheesecake Shake. This is my favorite shake in the world. This particular day was a little slow in them getting it out to me, but I can look past that because I LOVE them so much!

I literally come here almost every day to eat after work and I’ve had my order wrong, food made incorrectly and food just completely missing more times than they can get an order right.
Tonight just pushed me over the edge. The drinks we got were great and all but the 4 bacon queso wraps I got were horrible.
Burnt chicken, no queso, no ranch just chicken and tortilla strips. And when I press the button to ask for them to remake it I get

This place just sucks to be honest.

The guy who is a manager there is extremely rude and impatient, we asked for them to fix our drink, even after explaining it how we wanted it very in great detail. You refuse to fix it even after we we offered to pay extra for him to do it again because it wasn’t right. He just wanted to argue so we just left.
