hunter was extremely rude and rolled his eyes and had smart remarks when he told me they were out of grilled chicken. i was contemplating what i wanted to switch my sandwich to because ive only ever gotten one thing from subway and have never switched it up. subway needs to work on their environment. if you hate your job so bad go work somewhere else.

This place has no customer service. I mean zero folks. Standing there today I was passed three times by employees. None of which greeted me much less attempted to take an order. Please, keep in mind I did speak upon initially walking in. To which I got no response. Their actions or lack of action in truth couldn’t even be attributed to by being glued to a phone as many of us are. It was blatant rudeness and disrespect period.
The sort guy helping the customer is rude and have no respect for customers The food is extremely good me and my people spent lots of money on SUB WAY you won’t see me or my business again sorry

The store got a face-lift but the staff did not...nor did the drive thru. It is difficult for the employees inside to hear what you are saying. The last two times that I have used the drive thru, I've had to repeat myself continuously! That gets annoying. I repeated everything I said several times. I almost drove off and wish I had once I reached the window. Customer service was not good at all. Never address a customer with words like"huh", "what", and"yea". If you are going to hire young ladies and gentleman, teach them how to correctly interact with the customers before they are all gone. Very disappointed. On the upside, the food was decent.

Always wait until a 2nd bad experience before making a negative review. First time I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 mins (pepperoni, bacon, cheese, toasted, I’ve had it made in under a couple minutes at other subway locations.) finally get my food. (Cold lol)This time, I went inside, the gentleman in front of me had 3 sandwiches and was getting vegetables on them all, not a big deal right? It is if the person putting on said vegetables is doing them ONE AT A TIME. After my sandwich was toasted I watched it sit on the counter for 13 minutes while this guy is putting stuff on sandwiches one by one. Never heard good, my wife has always had terrible experiences. Find another job if you don’t like or know what you’re doing. How hard is it to put vegetables on a sandwich and when did it become a 15 minute job???ALSO. IMAGINE A FT LONG WITH ONLY (NOT EXTRA) PEPPERONI, BACON, AND CHEESE. And it being 18$. WILL NOT be back to this trash of a location.

They got my order wrong and when I drove back to the store for them to correct it they were rude and acted like it was and inconvenience. The only inconvenience was me having to drive back to the store. Very rude!!!!

Surprisingly the largest Subway I've ever seen lol but they kept things clean! Everything was neat even their workstations behind the counter from what I could see & the folks were so kind even as my 2 year old was being rambunctious. Nicest subway I've ever been too would be willing to drive 30 minutes just to come by
