I picked up my order in drive thru. The total of my order was $10.71. I gave the cashier $20.00. She handed me $9.00 back. I asked her for the change and she said “ We no longer give Pennies.” She then handed me a quarter with an attitude. I wonder how many customers she has kept their change because they didn’t ask for it.

Drive thru is managed ok. Picking up Doordash orders are a headache. Specific order for this review; The drink was made and watered down before the food was even started. Waited 7 min. past estimated pick-up time and was only 2 cars in drive-thru 1 person in lobby, and one Doordash order which I was Picking up. Lots of laughing and talking over food and very short attitude with customer if you ask for sauce or fork etc.! Lots of money spent on remodel and should've been spent on Management!

Giving two stars because I love Taco Bell but only giving two stars because my beefy layer burrito gets smaller and smaller every time I get to go get one! :( why is does it cost more and more every time only to receive less and less? Not only that didn't even get all of what we ordered. $30 for two people didn't get the drinks we ordered. Which was two Pepsi's ended up with some very nasty grape drink... And I didn't get two tacos that were ordered with my five layer burrito. This is at least the third time this has happened in the last 6 months... Staff is friendly which is probably the only reason I haven't just quit going. We hold on to the hope that at some point we'll get all of our meal.

It’s Taco Bell. But this place is the only Taco Bell that has never missed anything in our order. This is our late night stop coming home from the coast. The service and attitude of the staff are too-notch and second to none at this location. Whoever is in charge should be training and managing more stores with the way things work here!

This place is managed so poorly. My order is wrong every time! Chips always taste burnt! Food is missing! Paid extra for sauce request never received it! Rude customer service! Caught workers outside smoking weed and let customers just wait on them to finish with headsets on. Just awful.
