First of all, the lady who took our order was really rude and had a bad attitude about us asking normal questions about the items on the menu. Second, a man working there decided it would be funny to smack one of the female workers on the butt with a towel. Another employee said “that was disrespectful” and his reply was “I can disrespect this one all I want”. Absolutely unacceptable for this male employee to be treating another female employee like that.

I stopped going here after their management or franchise owner insisted they only do military discount for those in uniform despite there being zero military bases anywhere near this location. Not only that but the Marines don’t allow you to be in uniform off base anyway. I find that to be disrespectful. It’s unfortunate that you can join the military from this area and get sent all over the world, but come back to this town you joined from and not rate a veteran discount for a coffee.

It's 10:26 on a Sunday. The music is extremely loud. The staff is screaming the song. You can not think to order. I wasted my gas coming here and I will not be back. Didn't get to try the coffee because the service was terrible. These young people act like kids. The girl who waa going to take my order had no idea what was on the menu. Terrible experience

Eventually one finally did. Overall a weird experience and I’m not sure why they were looking at us like we had 3 heads or why it took so long for one of them to come take our order. The whole ordeal came across very rude and lazy. I’ve been here on Saturdays and the staff has always been above and beyond lovely but today was a different story. Coffee was still good though.
