Everything single time I walk up to this place there are no regular pretzels ready and it will be 20 minutes. They need to get workers who will keep the pretzels made especially regular pretzels. What a kind of people run a place like this and keep workers that will not work,? They working as slow as they possibly can and the worse part is they could care less. Aint nobody at this place gonna get in a hurry. I love these pretzels but these people working at pecanland mall.....ugh! Oh there weren't any pretzels ready except some with sprinkles. Ugh!

the girls that work here are absolutely rude as can be. Stood there for a couple minutes and one of them yells “it’ll be a wait what do you want” like what??? We tell her and get ignored and then she finally comes to take our order and we stand there wondering if our card went through because she walked off without saying anything to us. Then the lady looks at us and said “you were told to wait” ….so we walked off and waited.not to mention they touched all of everyone’s food with their bare hands and no gloves. needless to say we won’t be coming here again. hire some better people and at least make them wear gloves…..

Every time I come to this location they tell me they're randomly 'closed' for a while until they get more pretzels made. This time I came and they had pretzels ready but they said they were still closed because there weren't enough pretzels in the case for them to start selling them again. What kind of joke place is this?? So I'm literally standing there looking st the cinnamon pretzel but I can't have it because there aren't enough in the case overall. Yet they're laughing and talking when I walk up. Pleaseee get new management!

They never open on time. Here at noon on 9/11/22 and they are saying it will be 30 more minutes before they open. This is the 3rd time that this has happened.I wish there are another location other than Pecanland mall. That location is not managed well.

Three people working and all they had was one pretzel bites and a couple cinnamon pretzels. I was going to get 4 pretzels a Carmel crave but didn't get anything because they said it would take 25 minutes on the pretzels and the Carmel crave wasn't cold or something. All had negative attitudes and they acted annoyed that I wanna to order something.... Just wow

Rude and Lazy.. so we knew the mall closed at 6 pm while on the way we tried to call in our order and the guy said we don’t do that and hung up the phone.. wow.. so we get to the mall at 4:50 pm and my son goes in and calls me and says Dad the guys said he isn’t making anything else.. Smdh it only takes 15 min for pretzel dogs.. this is the 2nd time this has happened.. Seems to me ppl wanna ride the clock for an hr or more. Wish we had another Auntie Anne’s or better yet a Wetzels

Love this place! The food is always great quality, and the service is wonderful! Bonnie, the short lady, is very sweet and tries to help you any way she can! The line can get long, but the food is worth the wait!!
