The place needs a little updating. My pho was very tasty as was my son's order. The waitress was nice but not as attentive as needed, we had to signal her twice during our mill. We were disappointed that they were out of several things like the Thai coffee, green tea ice cream and coconut ice cream. It's been over a year since I was last there because they were out of so many things then. Over all our main course was good and we may try again to get the things they were out of.

Be mindful to check your to-go orders before leaving. We usually order from here once a week. There have been a couple of times over the years that they've missed a thing or two, but within the last few months that has been more and more frequent. We generally spend between $50-$100 every time we order from here. I'd just like for them to be a little more thorough.

Of the four places in the Monroe and West Monroe area to eat sushi, we think Basil is the best. We have never had an issue with the food as one or two of the other reviewers indicated. We have found the food to be fresh, the service is good, and the prices reasonable. I have had their curries and Mongolian beef. Both were tasty, so if you have a friend that doesn't like sushi, they will find a great dish here.

I have had pad thai in past at others genuine thai place but this place is the most horrible experience i have ever had in my life. The pad thai was smelling like spoiled mix of all stale food. Egg tasted like it was rotten and it was all nauseating. On top of that they have the audacity to charge me for something i could not even eat any further. All my friends at the table tried so that i make sure if i am not the only one and they all felt nauseated. I had vomiting afterward. Lousiana food and restaurant officer need to check in their kitchen. I just saw so many review and people had same horrible experience with this. I believe reporting is must for this restaurant. PLEASE SKIP THIS PLACE ! PLEASE!! PLEASE!!! I wish there was option of giving minus ➖.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I ate the cucumber crab salad and chicken pad tai noodle and it was the only thing I ate that day and later in the evening I was very ill w food poisoning got 2 days. I then called the restaurant so that they are aware a costumer got sick and the lady on the phone debated w me on the quality and said the manager will call me back and of course they did not care enough to call me back. Me making them aware so they could double check condition and quality so that nobody else gets sick they did not care. I will never go back to eat there or recommend it for their lack of concern for the public health.
