They keep the “Hot Now” sign on all the time and serve cold donuts that were made hours ago. Asked the guy directly if they were hot, he says just off the fryer, and then gives me cold stale donuts, lying with a straight face. This has happened a few times.

They changed the employees, and now its horrible. They microwaved a breakfast burrito so much you couldn't open it. (It seemed real old) And when i finally did tear it open the inside looked like playdoh. i didnt even take a bite. It went straight in the trash and I had to drive to another store and buy something else to eat. The donuts were fine
