Have went before and dude was SO NICE amazing! He messed up a drink and even gave it to us. Great experience! But Went thru drive thru tonight pressed the doorbell button got ignored, had a blonde mid aged woman come and CLEARLY see us, opened the fridge grabbed a beer, and STILL left us waiting for over 20 minutes!!! Eventually just left because there was no point, we wasn't getting served. Will not TRY and spend my money here ever again. And will highly NOT recommend to all and any friends. No customer service skills AT ALL. A good, nice, friendly, good customer service individual would kindly open the window let us know they were a little busy, the drive thru lady was using bathroom, ect whatever was the case. But no. Yall need a new crew!!! We would have been fine waiting and tipped well as we always do but we were ignored. Screw this place!!!
