I have ordered from them several times and every time it is wrong. They're always forgetting something on my order and. I try and patronize different eating establishments but they always get it wrong. I placed my order and asked for the cajun dirty rice and all I got was some white rice and seem like they tried to put a little color to eat, not to mention they didn't give me my drinks and when I did get them they were wrong (per usual). This is unacceptable when you're spending your hard earned money.

i came to try the new chicken waffle sandwich. the lady at the register asked me to pull forward and wait after i had ordered and paid. 30 minutes later i still didnt receive any food so i left. they stole my money and wasted my time. donāt go here

Okay whatever male staff yall had working February 24 around 9:16 . He was VERY rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him because they were about to close and made the statement that they had 9 bo nuggets, bo-bites or whatever they are called and that they are about to close and they would have to drop another batch. WELL if I wanted that ,THATS TOO BAD . He was rude and his remarks were horrible. He canāt be mad because he decided to work there. NEXT, the drink he gave was literally 95% water and 5% fruit punch . AND he just handed us the food in the BOX , NO BAG !!! Itās the nerve for me.

This is truly not the same Bojangles that I use to work at or eat at. No real chicken only tenders. Somebody forgot the seasonings. Dirty rice was the worst version of dirty rice that I have ever had. Bland, no seasonings, no sausage, no flavor. I don't know when they stopped selling chicken parts, breast, wings, legs and thighs or when they changed things but this version of Bojangles ain't Jangling. Never will I go back! They just opened on in Vegas. At first the lines were super long now it's in and out. I went hoping maybe this one was different nope worse. Some people had the same reaction that I did. This is not the Bojangles of old and this is a poor representation of Louisiana food. I don't think it will last in Vegas long.

Did a side by side comparison on popeyes dirty rice and bojangles dirty rice. The winner is bojangels. Popeyes rice was burned. Bojangles was nicely cooked fluffy looked how rice should look.
