I don't get what's the Big Hype... I didn't enjoy this at all... Don't like the Food or The Name.

The service here is consistently poor. Items never correct. Always have to “pull forward” and wait for a ridiculous amount of time.

Ok I stoped again 1/13/2024 and was met with the most accommodating manager, Ken. Store is clean and tenders were fresh. I appreciate them for caring.I stopped for the first time today and was so impressed with the tenders. They were delicious! Mac and cheese needed a little help but the chicken was awesome!! Will go back.

Food was ok, definitely not something game changer. We got two three finger combos, one with Mac and cheese, one with mashed potatoes and gravy, and a Dr Pepper. The Dr pepper wash very very flat. And the best food item was the mashed potatoes and gravy. Customer service was not bad but not really great ether.

My wife and I stopped by the drivethru to give them a second chance. We were quite satisfied to see that the bone-in product had finally arrived. We have had the best of the Bojangles franchise many times in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. So I must say that we were both very happy to see that after a rocky beginning their true essence had finally arrived.Welcome to Monroe, LA, Bojangles, I am looking forward to my next visit. I hope you continue to show others why every community needs a good Bojangles restaurant... Bon Appétit, Everyone!!

The food was not good at all, we dined inside and the order was wrong. It took roughly 20 min to get 2 4 PC strips with fries. Will not be going back......

I visit this place for breakfast atleast once a week. I was super exited about my chicken biscuit and I opened up my breakfast when I arrived to work and it was a sausage biscuit. Ughh. Making sure to get a copy of my receipt from this time forward.

This is going to be a loaded review because I feel a way. So growing up in the southeast I'm no stranger to Bojangles. It's one of the places I missed when I moved to Texas. So imagine my excitement when I learned Bojangles was coming west to include Texas. Now imagine how disappointed I was to find out that parts of the menu I know and love would be cut from the menu including the BONE IN chicken!!! It's unfortunate but it kept me from even waiting in line for it. Nope, get somebody else to do it.Now, this review isn't for a Texas location but the Monroe, LA location. I took a road trip and noticed that Bojangles was in Louisiana whilst taking I-20 home to Georgia. Of course I had Bo in GA while I was there because well...BONE IN CHICKEN and that sweet potato turnover and that steak and egg biscuit (ok, ok, I may have eaten at Bo in Georgia and leaving Georgia- judge your mama). On my way back to Texas, I thought I'd shoot my shot and stop to see if the Monroe location was smart enough to sell the BONE IN CHICKEN. My boyfriend lived there for a few years before moving to Texas and was tickled that I was perusing his old stomping grounds for BONE IN CHICKEN. To my surprise and delight, Monroe got it right and didn't disappoint. I grabbed me a wing dinner and sweet potato turnover to go so I could enjoy it back in Texas (no worries, I never drive home without a cooler so it made it back just fine minus a wing and the fries that I ate while I made my way out of Louisiana. The food was delicious and heated up just fine. It was all that Bo is known for. I didn't go inside so no ambiance to rate. So why the all caps on BONE IN CHICKEN? Don't mind me; just manifesting some for the Texas locations because Bo isn't known and loved for strips and sandwiches. And to be chumped off with a partial menu that leaves it out is a waste of my time. But thanks to Monroe, I can get that fix every visit with my man and every road trip headed east without waiting until I get to Georgia.

It was good to get back to Bojangles in Monroe, LA. It was a football trip & most of my players had no idea what Bojangles offered. I did - the best biscuits and chicken on par with several other national chains. We ended up with extra boxes and NO ONE turned down an extra piece. Meanwhile I added a sweet potato pie & it was excellent. I will be back soon.
