Came for karaoke. They didn’t have ingredients for half the menu “because they aren’t ordering enough” - I ordered a burger with bacon/lettuce/tomato and no mayo, and let them know I had a shellfish allergy - couldn’t eat the burger because they put fries from the fryer on the plate. Burger had mayo on it. Karaoke is fun as long as the KJ doesn’t get too drunk. He cant manage the rotation after drinking/lets his friends skip ahead. I’m sure this place has its good days - I just can’t seem to find them.

Food was terrible and our server makayla literally kept forgetting everything we asked for and she was belligerent when she was our server. I wish there was a Manager I could have found to report her. Why do restaurants and bars let their employees get drunker than the customers?

What a buzz kill! The manager with the purple streak in her hair was rude to my buddy and he left the bar for that reason alone. She was also rude to the new bartender that was training. This establishment doesn't deserve a good revenue generating guest! We took our business across the street and spent our next $500 at the pool hall which has much better customer service.

Nice place to visit with friends. The Double Cheese Quesadilla Burger is awesome. Monkey tail fries are very good. Nice patio to play jinga & throw darts. Definitely will go again.

If yourlooking for a cool, calm , new place to go out after work or just out. This atmosphere has a live band one night, karaoke the other, than open Mic. If you want another flavor you have a hot spot next door that sell hot Caribbean and Mexican style taco. You cant go wrong in this new atmosphere of Monroe.

Friendly staff drinks are fine. Not much to do here though need some pool tables or something. Unless you are a smoker or love to play Jenga. Better bring alot of friends!.

Drinks were great, the bartenders were amazing. My only complaint is the karaoke dj. The dj was rude and yelling at customers. He was very mean and did not show patience or provide good customer service. I hope they find someone who is more suitable for the chill atmosphere the bar has. We eventually left after spending over $200 on drinks simply because we got tired of the dj yelling and fussing at the crowd.
