This place was awful ... manger was rude didn't want to make my order right , I had to pay for the the order again because she wouldn't change it !!!! And told other employee not to bother her with something like that again!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN ....... bathrooms smelt horrible as well ewww

I have eaten at this particular BK restaurant on MLK in Monroe La. only twice . One time before it was about one year ago, and today 2/17/25. Both times the meat on the burger has actually been HOT! The first time I just thought I lucked out, but for it to happen again was a delightful shocker! Hats off to the manager and owner. Someone takes pride in their work. And the cashier was nice, polite and most of all she smiled, looked at us and said THANK YOU. Great job! (This was about 4:30pm)

This Burger King location delivered an exceptional dining experience. We orders using the app and the store didn’t disappoint with accurate orders, great quality food, awesome customer service, and a clean restaurant. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal!

Been here twice now and both times I've ordered extra stuff on my burgers and I'll leave to find out I've been charged for the extras but it wasn't on my order, that and
we watched them take our fries out our bags and lay them in the fries been waiting until the rest of our order to be made and you end up with cold fries at the end
