At the Burger King on Desiard in Monroe, LA the Manager Linda Young was VERY rude to us when we went for breakfast. She was impolite and confrontational when I ask her a question, stating that it was too early for this. We came for breakfast, not a fight or an argument! The food that we had ordered and coffee, we told her to take it back and give us our money back because of her attitude. So PLEASE don’t go there if Linda Young is working and I’m gonna tell my friends and family about her and our terrible experience. I will be sending my complaint to cooperate.

Using profanity, talking vulgar. A coworker said, we have customers in here, in her exact words she states, "I'M GROWN"!!!! This is ridiculous & the whole team should be fired!!!!!

Drive thru was terrible. The employee was taking each order one at a time and the line wasn’t even moving. It took us like 15 minutes until we got our food. There was no one in line and we didn’t order anything complicated but they made us pull up. I don’t think I’ll come back to this BK.
