The service is slow. I went there today 9-15-25 and the young lady with the braces was very disrespectful and refuse to give me the correct order . This was in Monroe Louisiana on desiard st. Even the manager which was a black sweaty guy didn’t resolve the situation. This was the worse service I’ve ever encountered anywhere. The young lady who was the window needs to be fired for her disrespect to customers !! Very unacceptable.

Never ever eat at this establishment. They refused to refund my $20 app order offering coupons instead. They never fulfilled my order. The place was wet and filthy and I witnessed them placing food in a bag that fell on this floor. I have reported them to the Health Department for review.

My Mom and I had a coupon for two whoppers with fries and drinks. We went through the drive-through to order the food and we were told to wait, but my Mom had to go inside to get the food, so that was one thing. After we got the food, we went back home, started eating, only to then realize that the meat was raw. Luckily, we didn't eat much of it before realizing that it wasn't cooked, so we went back up to Burger King and although we were given a refund for the meal, there's no reason or excuse for the meat being raw when we could get sick.

The reason they tell you to pull around front is because there is a timer hooked up to their drive through window that corporate can see and judge them on their quickness. Please if you are ever told to pull forward (especially if no one is behind you) dont because it makes them look as if they took our money gave our change and the food and off we went. Which is incorrect because our tails are still sitting out front waiting for them. Also the staff top to bottom at this location is rude and just plain mean. Also thos location is open 24/7 but at night they turn any light bulb they can to look closed. This review was originally sent in around 5+ years ago and I truly hope new management has came in and fixed the issues
i was door dashing and i got here and seen about 10 people in the drive thru line i tried to go inside but it was closed mind you it’s 11:30, i drove around the cars and went to the window to say i had a doordash. the lady told me i had to come wait behind 10 cars to get to the speaker and say i have a doordash.

Burger King continues to be a worthless restaurant. If you don’t like your position as drive through … change it. Don’t take it out on customers. You are only open because of customers. Let’s not forget that . I’d give less stars.
I’m an Uber Eats driver and went through the drive-thru at the Burger King at 3810 Desiard Street Monroe LA 71203 on Sunday August 3rd around 2:30 AM to pick up a customer’s mobile order.
The male employee working the speaker, a bigger guy whose name I don’t know, refused to hand me the Uber Eats order and told me to “get a real job.” He also said “The drive-thru isn’t for decoration” even though I was clearly there for a mobile pickup. He used strong language, including calling me the B word over the speaker.
This made me very uncomfortable — especially as a female driver. I’m out here working hard trying to earn money for college so Uber can help cover my tuition. Having to deal with that kind of treatment while doing my job was upsetting and uncalled for.

This place is horrible, every time you order in the drive through they tell you to pull up or around the building. You wait along time for your food. I’m assuming they tell you to pull up is to keep the timer down to make them look good to corporate. Last time I was there they didn’t even have burger meat.

I told them to put extra onions on my burger , I actually said it more than twice and when I made it home I had no onions on my burger at all .
