I placed a order on my way home to pick up literally went over the order 3 times over the phone with the worker.Once I arrive my food wasn’t ready and on top of that they say they didn’t charge me for my sides .Spent a total $80.00 waste of time and money .Food terrible no season and customers service terrible.Don’t

Beyond Excellent. Crab boil was perfect and a good portion. Gater Bites were the best I've had. Catfish strips were delicious. I would definitely recommend if you're passing through to stop on by.

I went to try the new crab legs they have. I have been here before trying the boils shrimp and banana pudding and was impressed. Now this time I had a RUDE worker named charidy taking my order. She got frustrated because she couldn’t understand what I was saying through the intercom when ordering and when I asked simple questions like how much are they and how much come in the order she CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME saying and I quote “how should I know it’s a new item”. Was rude handing me my money basically shoving it at me and shoved my food at me and slammed the window before I could even say thank you after making me wait over 20 min for CRAB LEGS. Not to mention the crab legs had so many Barnacles over them. Her attitude need to be checked because if I wanted to drive off but she kept avoiding coming to the window so I could get my money back her rude character made me lose my appetite and all I did was inquire about a new menu item which is what I would expect people to do at my establishment. I’m from down south and I am used to the southern hospitality. She made me want to come through the window on her.
Stayed at the loves truck stop in the area, and didn’t want truck stop food so I looked up places near me & I saw nothing but good reviews so I went for it. Customer service was great I placed my order online and was greeted when I got there they said it would be about 10-15 mins so I immediately headed there. Lots of parking area if you are bobtail ! But I received my food and left and got to the truck stop to eat and my food was fairly old the fries had no heat to them and they were very hard. The fish poboy as well I had to take the whole sandwich apart and rewarm it. I usually check my food before I leave but I went out on the limb because it had so many great reviews. Check your food before leaving !

I am only eating the service part a one because I've never known you guys to be out of banana pudding... I went thru the drive thru placed the order then the cashier comes out to tell me you didn't have it. I am not sure if she didn't want to get it or if you guys didn't really have it.
Little to no food , no flavor , big fan of seafood and creole food . Has absolutely no flavor for 30$ wasted. Would never come

i'm on the fence with this place. As far as the food, the fish is good as far as the price, it's a little bit. Pricey for a regular meal service is hit-and-miss. The ambience of the place is nothing special.

They were packed and for good reason! I ordered 1 pound of boiled shrimp, which came with 2 potatoes and 1 corn. Honestly, the shrimp were so big I could've ordered a half a pound because I ended up giving some away to the other people in my party! The shrimp were huge! I had to take two bites per shrimp. Everything was boiled with a nice seasoning, nothing to spicy or Cajun. Just a beautiful blend of seasoning. It was served with a side of butter and you could grab Tony's if you needed an extra kick. We didn't wait more than five minutes and our buzzer was going off to pick up food. They had people standing standing at the door. They know how to get the food out in a timely manner! The restaurant was clean and orderly. The staff was working with smiles on their faces. And overall great experience!
