Ive been to a few different Charlie's and this one is by far the nicest and best tasting one. All of the managers are always so kind and funny. They all know my order and have it ready so fast. Definitely the best Charlie's in LA.

I'm always traveling and eating in all kinds of restaurants, don't get me wrong Charley's it is good But this time I felt it is over priced, almost $15 for a small combo, $4.99 for a small 🥤 soda.. hum I'm not happy about it. The food was good but like I said too pricey.

What I don't understand is why aren't the wings cooked fresh? The manager (which really need a lesson in customer service she's always short and very rude) but I don't understand why she refuses to cook the wings fresh and insist on REFRYING them. She literally told me on a Tuesday that she cooked them this morning and reheats them because she gotta be ready? But be ready for what? The mall is dead and it's a Tuesday. So even if the Customer is willing to wait on fresh food why is it refused and made out to be something that they JUST DON'T AND WONT DO?

I prefer this place to Subway, usually fast service, good fries and a decent variety of above average sandwiches. If your at the food court and looking for something quick, light, and tasty give it a try. Also best regular lemonade IMOP.

We love Charley's Cheeseteaks at the Pecanland mall. We get it to go every Friday night. The Staff is so kind and friendly. They recall my order better than I do! ?

this place kind of disappointed. First, 17 dollars for a philly steak? And when you order large, it’s not the large drink it’s the large sandwich so it’s MORE money for the bigger drink. Then it’s an extra 3 dollars just to get fries…..& to top it off, the food is not worth the money. i’d pay MAYBE 12 dollars for a large with the right size drink.

While shopping at the mall stopped to grab a bite & got the small chicken Philly combo. The food was cooked to order, fries were straight out the grease & fresh. The fries could have used some sort of seasoning but otherwise no complaints.
