Charleys Cheesesteaks

What I don't understand is why aren't the wings cooked fresh? The manager (which really need a lesson in customer service she's always short and very rude) but I don't understand why she refuses to cook the wings fresh and insist on REFRYING them. She literally told me on a Tuesday that she cooked them this morning and reheats them because she gotta be ready? But be ready for what? The mall is dead and it's a Tuesday. So even if the Customer is willing to wait on fresh food why is it refused and made out to be something that they JUST DON'T AND WONT DO?

I prefer this place to Subway, usually fast service, good fries and a decent variety of above average sandwiches. If your at the food court and looking for something quick, light, and tasty give it a try. Also best regular lemonade IMOP.

The first time I went the food was delicious and the strawberry lemonade was magical delicious ? I will be going back

We love Charley's Cheeseteaks at the Pecanland mall. We get it to go every Friday night. The Staff is so kind and friendly. They recall my order better than I do! ?

OMG this place has the bomb cheese steak subs ? my favorite the Kentucky Bourbon cheese steak

this place kind of disappointed. First, 17 dollars for a philly steak? And when you order large, it’s not the large drink it’s the large sandwich so it’s MORE money for the bigger drink. Then it’s an extra 3 dollars just to get fries…..& to top it off, the food is not worth the money. i’d pay MAYBE 12 dollars for a large with the right size drink.

While shopping at the mall stopped to grab a bite & got the small chicken Philly combo. The food was cooked to order, fries were straight out the grease & fresh. The fries could have used some sort of seasoning but otherwise no complaints.

it's amazing, hands down best cheesesteak I've ever had. the hot pepper relish is perfect, the fries are always hot and fresh good, even later when I smash the leftovers. the lemonade is, in my opinion, better than canes, especially in taste consistency. it's definitely worth trying, the staff is friendly and thorough, never rude!

The Gourmet Fries & Strawberry? Watermelon ? Lemonade ? were fabulous! My associate enjoyed the Cheese Steak very much. Server was very nice and went out of her way.

They were out of steak, forks, every topping except lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños; only had jalapeño lime seasoning out, my sister got almost nothing on her sandwich at all, they didn't season her veggies, they were out of lemonade, tea, and dr. Pepper, AND we didn't get out fries. We had to go to another restaurant to get forks and drinks. I also didn't get ranch like I asked for.

Omg went there last night and the service was good and the sandwich was soooooooooooo delish.i wish I had ordered a bigger one it was just that good.
