This was our first ever Checkers experience and will likely be our last. The drive thru and parking lot are very poorly laid out and confusing. The server had such a thick foreign accent we were unable to understand what he said. We picked up our mobile order despite the language barrier. The burgers were greasy and mediocre. The fries tasted like the oil was old and not filtered. All three of us had diarrhea afterwards, a sure sign of food borne bacteria. If we do try again, it will be at a different location.

Was visiting from Dallas Texas. Took my grandson for first time and hit was a hit for the 12 yr old. Fries are always perfect. Wings, burgers always good.

Drive through burger joint with a few outdoor picnic tables. The burgers are just okay with mid quality meat patties that seem to have a lot of filler; they do have all the usual fixings (MMK LTPO). Fries and drinks are standard fare. They also have a few milkshake choices (van, choco, sbrry) I'd like to try.

Did a mobile order online…ask for a plain chicken sandwich with cheese, the workers didn’t even attempt to make the order as asked and the service was terrible no hi no thank you basically just hand my food off with a look like she could careless about being there

EVERY WHERE UOU GO JUST ABOUT SEE MORE ARTITUDES THAN SMILES !!!! MAYBE JUST DONT HOW HANDLE HIGH PRESSURE ON JOB !!!! IM BE OKAY !!! EITHER WAY YOU CANT WIN FOR LOSINGS !!!
I hate leaving reviews like this, but it’s been a consistent issue every time I visit this Checkers. I completely waste my money here. The food is always overcooked, greasy with an overused or burnt taste, and many items are often unavailable. On top of that, the staff’s attitude is rude and unprofessional.
If you’re craving Checkers, do yourself a favor and go to the one on 165 South. I’ve never had any issues there, and the difference in quality and service is night and day.

At 11:38am 01/09/2024 a female employee working drive thru had the nastiest attitude when answering the speaker. All that was stated from me was “all I need is an apple pie” and she answered back saying “we have other customers ahead of you” as if I did something wrong. I told her back that I wasn’t requesting with an attitude and she implied that I was and stated I was snitching on myself and I said that I wasn’t snitching on myself at all. She then told me to have a good day and did not want to take my order so I said you have a good day as well because at that point I didn’t want anything anymore from the location.
1) first mess up: she didn’t tell me at the speaker even though she had others ahead :Hold one moment please 2) I could have been anyone at the speaker, I could have been someone from corporate! ☺️ How would you know? Fix your attitude love
