We pulled up and it looked closed. The worker was sitting outside. We did not eat there because there were no other customers and I didn't want food that might have been not so fresh. Gave them a 3 because I could have been wrong about service, but I was not willing to chance it.

We were the only walk up. And no one was in driverThur until after we ordered. But still didnt get our food till after the 3rd car and food was cold. Won't be back fir sure

⭐☆☆☆☆ Left Without Ordering—Restroom Was That Bad

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this really needed to be said. The restroom at this location was extremely dirty. The staff handed me the key on a greasy pole, and as soon as I opened the door, I was hit with an awful smell. The condition of the toilet was so bad it was hard to even step inside.

For a fast food restaurant that serves families and prepares food, basic cleanliness should be a top priority. This experience made me seriously question the hygiene standards of the entire place. I ended up leaving without ordering because of it. I truly hope management addresses this issue no customer should have to experience that.

I use to eat at checkers 2 to 4 times a week for the fish sandwich. They are starting to cook the fish too hard. Frying the fish too long . I quit going, when I told the guy at the window, to not fry my fish hard. The The only complaint I have , I hope the owner or manager sees this post. He's losing customers.

Food wasnt hot. Burgers were a mess when ordered plain and just not good.

The burger my mom received was cold. The patty was cold & the cheese was not even slightly melted. Like the meat was left over or cooked earlier without being under any type of heat. The bun was not fresh. Just bad overall. The staff had a pleasant attitude, but food was not on par. And my food gave me stomach issues.

Worse experience ever in food service !!!! I am a general manager of a restaurant and I have never seen such a situation of poor customer and rude staff… the manager had no control of the store nor his staff I’ll never do business with this company again!!!!!!

This location is still in need of good management. Every order is always something wrong. And it's always a long wait to receive your food anytime after 8:00. The location is desolate I feel they need more parking and a way for people to leave out of the drive-thru if they change their mind.
