This is a little gem that sits in the heart of Monroe just off Desiard Street on St. John Street. It’s sits in an old refinished building.I found this just a couple of weeks ago going to speak to the Kiwanis Club. I talked to Chef Pat and her husband Chip. This restaurant has two meals a day and they have a limited amount each day, so make sure you get there early. The food is really good, and you get a large helping. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed!

Told my daughter she was free to cater her wedding and would put her on her calendar. 3 weeks later calls daughter and tells her sorry I am already booked for another event on your wedding date. I guess something larger/better came along…… very poor business acumen.

Mrs. Pat catered for our wedding this past Saturday and the food was amazing! Great flavor and food was still hot for all of our guests. She worked with me before the wedding and stayed in close contact to make sure everything was good to go for our special day. She is the sweetest and her and her staff presented the food beautifully! She even set aside to-go containers of food for the Bride and Groom to make sure we had plenty! Definitely recommend her for your events and for lunch down at the Bistro.
I’ve been here a couple of times, I’m not impressed with the food at all. Ms.Nolan is kind but the food lacks flavor in my opinion and is very bland for the cost. I expected better from such a well known chef.
