My son took $20 to the counter to get 3 chicken strips and Mac & cheese. Total was $12.08. He came back with no change. I asked where his change was. The lady at the counter took advantage of him and stole the change. She asked for a tip - he was unsure and says okay. What a piece of work to manipulate a kid into stealing their money. Absolutely unacceptable. This was around 3:30 on Sunday , September 28, if anyone cares to follow up with their employees.

I have been to this location (Love's Truckstop) several times, haven't had an issue but this time I was charged for large size sides(what I ordered) and received regular size sides. Started to say something while there but I just won't go back.
The food was cold and dried out.
