This was the rudest people working at this location! I eat at chick fil an all the time and have never had such bad service and rude people at the Pecanland Mall monroe la! The food tastes like the grease was old and the people up front should not have been dealing with customer today at 11:30 am!!!!!

Do not waste your time or money at the Chicj-Fil-A Pecanland Mall. Go ahead and spend the extra time driving across the river to West Monroe. You will be thankful you did. You can probably make it there and back quicker than you can get your order placed and get your food at this restaurant.

this place sucks. i ask for mac and cheese and they gave me two fries. its not that hard. its not my fault yall dont like yalls job. its also not that hard to just ring up what i wanted. wasted my money on cold soggy fries.

The food was good. This location is one of the BEST CFA locations in Georgia ( I have traveled all over this state) . However, I could tell that part of my waffle fries were freshly cooked and some were cooked earlier. They were busy, but attentive. However, the usual smiling faces were more focused on the "hustle" rather than on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The usual positive "buzz" was missing, but I am sure that it will be there on my next visit. ??
