Ordered online same time my coworker did went to pick up orderMy coworkers was ready and i was told they were working on mine after 25 mins i went to counter to get my food refunded because it wasnt ready I was told oh your food is over here somehow they had lost my ticket and had the food sitting over in the corner. We eat here at least once a week Food is always good but todaysoup is cold and toasted bread cold and soggy

I was picking up an order through a third we party delivery site and the way I was treated was horrible!! As it was my first time going to chicken salad chick, I did not know there was a shelf with mobile/take out orders and third party delivery sites. Like i previously stated it was my first time ever in chicken salad chick. I was waiting in line patiently and this man (white with short hair cut) I’m assuming he was the manager or general manager, asks did I need help with anything and I said yes I’m picking up order for so and so. This man precedes to get so loud that the whole store can hear him and says in the most condescending way that the order was on a shelf with DOORDASH above it. He talked to me like I was a two year old child. Mind you I already told him who the order was for so as I’m picking up the bag he snatches it out my hand and tells me I need to read the receipt. The only order that was on the shelf was mine and another order which I knew wasn’t mine because I had two meals and that one bag had one meal in it. He literally embarrassed me in front of everyone by talking down to me like I couldn’t comprehend simple task of telling me where something is located. As a black woman, I felt he talked to me like that because he thought I was uneducated. The white lady behind me in line also had an order sitting on the shelf and didn’t realize until he made that scene. And of course he didn’t talk to her like he did me. I will make it my mission to let my peers and family know not to eat here.

I will start by saying the food was delicious. The customer service was a 0/10. I don't care how good your food is, if your customer is trash your entire establishment is trash, in my opinion. This was my FIRST time ever ordering or eating at this place. When I walked in I went to the "online order" counter. She stated she just put my order in, it would be a few, 10 minutes go by & nothing. At the 15 minute mark I see food that I assumed to mine (which later I found out was mine)...I asked her for an update on my food, she said it wouldn't be ready yet. At this point a few people had came in after me, ordered & left. But that order on the counter was being overlooked. After about 25 minutes, the manager took that food to the Doordash pickup starting by the door ... I stopped him before he set the food down & asked did that order say "Raven" he looked me in the eyes & said "yes it does" -- I have my hands reached out to get the order from him, he proceeded to set the order down & walk away..

Fast friendly service. And the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Thanks for the wonderful food. That grape salad is the best.Parking: Not enough handicap parking and accessibility to the side walk. Curbside pick up to close to loading/unloading zone for handicap patrons.

I love this place, don’t get me wrong. I usually order to go because I’m usually at work. I came in today for the first time to eat in. There is an older gentleman working here pushing the trash down with his bare hands and then wiping the tables down. That is so disgusting and I hope that he is told to stop immediately! I’ve never had any other complaints about this place
