This is the second time ordering from this place and the guy up front was rude. No way in hell I would go back the first time I thought it was me, the second time showed me no it really is him. Why are you so rude and had the nerve to call me rude because I told him no to a drink. Do better

You have to holler at the worker to acknowledge you’re there. Dude was on his phone and had ear buds in. He kept picking up his phone every chance he could. Scoops noodles, picks up phone. Scoops chicken, picks up phone. Asks a second time what drink I’d like because he forgot already, picks up phone then fills drink. Takes my card to process payment, picks up phone. Food is mediocre. I’ll not be back, even if customer service was better.

I'm from Texas and this place aint it for me I couldn't even get a single side of orange chicken say I had to play for another plate after I just paid for 3 plates and it wasn't even that good sweet and sour chicken was good bout it tho

I used to love this place but now it's not the same at all. My order was wrong and not $11 worth of food. Tried to call so they could fix the problem but no one answers the phone. This is the last time I eat here.

They serve the old food from the day before early in the morning and tell you it’s fresh but it wasn’t fresh it was dried out and to hard to eat posted the pics on facebook what got me was the server pretending like he didn’t know what I was saying when I told him I didn’t want the hard looking meat from the bottom of the pan he threatened to call security I told him to please call them he need to be arrested for serving this nasty ? food never again should’ve took my azz to Panda Express

Lupus Rex

Used to be a great place to eat, have been going there faithfully since I was a kid. I can honestly this place is not worth the time or money anymore. The food has been reaching subpar for a while now but it's nothing in comparison to the horrible customer service. Impolite, disrespectful, and inconsiderate on how their customer's food is handled. Dodge the bullet and enjoy your meal elsewhere.
