I ordered through Uber eats. I had a two piece chicken, breast and wing, okra for my side. Ordered coleslaw as an extra which is 3.25 I think maybe more. The breast was so over cooked, smelled bad, COULD NOT EAT IT. Tried the wing, it was so bad I didn't even get a bite of chicken..FROM A CHICKEN PLACE. I am done with even trying this place ever again. Nothing was edible. So, no dinner tonight after paying over 25 bucks! #UBEREATS gave me a $2.00 credit. Done with them as well. No pride in the food whatsoever!

I ordered a 12 piece mixed & only got 11. Spoke w/Dee, the Mgr OD, who was unapologetic, argumentative & noncompliant. "Ma'am, I can't hear you." Then how do you know I am ma'am? Anyway, I had 1 wing, 3 drums, 2 thighs & 5 breasts. He offered me one piece of chicken to come pick pick up without apologizing. The store wasn't even busy & they got it wrong! I want what I pay for just like they don't want $1 missing from their checks. My money wasn't counterfeit so why should the service be??? I shouldn't have to go across ant bridge for Church's chicken. Just close it down! Smh...

If I could give it no stars, I would. When I arrived at the speaker, I was not greeted. The lady at the speaker had an attitude & was trying to rush me off the speaker. Another lady had to tell me my total. The workers were rude as hell. The food was trash. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & they gave me a half done regular chicken sandwich. The macaroni was mushy & overcooked. My sprite tasted horrible. I am very disappointed. I come here regularly spending my hard earned money just to be getting trash food & service. After today, I won’t be back.
Chicken was horrible, and fries were cold. It had been sitting so long that it was soft and mushy. I haven't eaten Church's in about 10 years, and I quickly remembered why. However, the biscuits were very good. I am disappointed that I paid over $12, and the biscuits were the only food from the box that I ate in its entirety.

The cook rapping about trapping done messed the chip o flavor greasy as heck I threw it away never again will I return there
