I did take out for 8 ibs of crawfish, waited 30 mins, was told I’d get corn and potatoes with every 3 pounds, got home and they were tiny, mostly heads, had 4 corns and no potatoes, and the worst part was they were mushy. We couldn’t even get the meat out of the tail because they were so mushy. 75$ thrown in the trash. Called and was told I would be getting a call and I hope they do make this right. I want my money back.

Their online response is horrid and rude. They could not care any less about you as a customer and it shows. I would never help sustain a buinsesd that acts in this manner.

Ordered mine and my wife’s food never got it till the girl asked if we were ready for our ticket. The two that was with us got their food The waitress asked if we wanted it to take home after we had been in there for over an hour not counting the time we waited to get seated. Don’t think I will ever go back definitely will not recommend it to anyone

We went here for the first time. Food was great! Waitress was great!! But we spent 350.00 for 8 people. Food came out sporadically - appetizers not first- several plates late - drinks in a paper cup- come on. Geez. Will try again because food was amazing. Get it together !! ❤️

I highly recommend!! All the food was great!! Our waitress recommended the seafood baked potato and it didn’t disappoint!! My family also ordered fried fish, fish tacos, and Cajun pepper shrimp and fried shrimp and it ALL was plum delicious!! And the French fries are the bomb!! 10 out of 10!! Only wished I lived closer!! From Mississippi!

Charging $1 for water is insane.
Kind staff, good food although pricey.
Rude customers taking up the entire exit got mad when we said excuse me and walked between "She could have said excuse me" we did. Not the fault of the restaurant but this place attracts large parties, something to keep in mind.

Man, 99/100 times I’ve been here everything has been perfect. Friendly wait staff. Knowledgeable bartenders… but that one time, things were just off. Not bad, just not what I had come to expect. I spoke with the owner, who was running food, and asked him if everything was ok. He said they were short staffed and asked me what was wrong. I told him and something’s were just off and that, I understood, off nights happen, it’s not a big deal. He wasn’t accepting that as an answer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

I went to enjoy some crab & satisfy my craving for it. Also there is someone I'd like to take & treat to her favorite dish, so I'm trying different places. Well this particular day I ordered a pound of crab & the jacked up oysters as an appetizer. I ordered my food and while waiting, I reached and got the roll of paper towels and a roach ran out from under it. I quickly beckoned the server. She came to my table I showed her the roach I'd just killed with the roll of paper towels. She said she was sorry about it. I kinda figured the manager would come out, but that never happened. I asked the server if she'd alerted the manager, she said "yes." The manager never came out. The server told me her manager said "Just ask her if she wants to move to another table!" No roaches with my meal, please & thank you!
