“After a long night at work, all I wanted to do was sit with a few friends and have some mellow conversations. Alas, it's a Tuesday so everyone is already in bed. I decided to stop here and I am so glad I did. Ms. Nell and I talked for almost two hours as if we had known each other for years. The atmosphere here is so chill. Not wild like a club but not dead like a restaurant bar. The drinks are reasonably priced and Ms. Nell is such a nice lady with great conversation. I will definitely be back and I definitely reccomend y'all stop by.“

“Sals is an awesome place to hang out, visit with friends, listen to some live music, or even just have an after work beverage. The staff is always super friendly and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. This is definitely a place that you should check out and make a regular stop!!!“

“My mother, daughter, grandson and myself ate here for the first time Saturday for lunch. Our server, I believe his name is Bailey?, dark wavy hair, was very attentive and friendly and made excellent menu & off-menu suggestions. Our food was wonderful. My chicken parm was huge and cooked perfectly. We loved the decor and thoughtful entertainment options. We plan to return soon. Don’t miss this place. It is unique in this area. “Papi Locos is my favorite place in Monroe for tacos, no question. Their Taco Tuesday $2 tacos are a steal, and the chicken tacos are always amazing. The chorizo queso is a must, and the hibiscus water is so good too. The owner is also incredibly kind and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!“
