Relocated from the Sacramento California area to Monroe Louisiana. As you can suspect food choices are very limited. So it was nice to find a DQ. The place is very clean The food is very good and the people that work there were extremely nice honestly if I didn't know better I would have thought I stepped back in time going to this place would highly recommend stopping there if you're hungry.

It’s always sit and wait for your food to come out when going through the drive thru! The give you drink but by the time they come out with your food the drink is not hot anymore. I been waiting for 10 mins since I ordered. People coming out on breaks! Poor customer experience 😩🥴🥺 took 10 mins after I ordered to get my food. Only to get home the gravy was missing that I paid extra for and the fries were hard as a rock!!! This has been worst experience I have ever had! My entire lunch is ruined!

After placing our order and receiving it, my granddaughter wanted some water to drink after eating her ice cream. I was told a SMALL CUP of water was $3.10. Water used to be free, I can understand $.50 or even a dollar for the cup, but no way did I pay $3.10 for a small cup of water. Very, very disappointed and I won't be back. My bill was over $40.00.

Sat there for 30 minutes, then I walk in to get the stuff they didn't put in my bag, they said they didn't have any, they were out. But how was it out if they just opened. Then they tell me the lobby ain't open when there's 5 or more people in there eating? Some bullshit!!

I ordered a 4pc chicken strip dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious…

I come here to get the new blizzard my family gets some other stuff and we taste the ice cream and it’s expired milk that was used….ew. Didn’t help the dude in the drive through was rude. Also they didn’t wash the blender for the blizzards! I have a nut allergy and my dads shake was in mine…

Summer is here, and that means trips for ice cream! This location has adequate inside seating, or drive through with fast service and fresh food. We fed a family of 4 for $35, including ice cream! (the $7 meal comes with cheeseburger or chicken strips, fries, a drink and an ice cream sundae, plus free drink refills). The bathrooms were almost spotless, with friendly customer service. It is also handicap accessible, with plenty of room to maneuver electric scooters.
