My favorite brunch spot in town. Everything on the menu is a hit and they have great cocktails and even some awesome great non alcoholic options.

I will be back!!! I was greeted immediately when I walked everyone had beautiful attitudes. My server Will was very attentive and he was the one that recommended the Nola Bowl and it did not disappoint.

The biscuits are top-notch! I recommend the Redfish w/ Eggplant Dirty Rice - fish was mist and tender, the dirty rice was seasoned well, not dry. And we received 5-star service from Jessica! She was attentive and proactive with her service!

Good food and super nice staff. I'm still getting used to how everything in the south seems to have sugar in it or be deep fried but it tastes good. Went on Sunday before church got out and they appeared to have enough staff on hand to fight a battle. We were leaving as the place filled up.

Excellent place to have brunch. From the moment we entered, things were almost perfect.

The biscuits were excellent, our server was phenomenal, and the specialty coffees were better than anything we've gotten since moving to the area.

The manager was active in the dining room coaching staff and speaking with guests.

Not a single employee had a cell phone out, which was a nice change.

The bathrooms were clean and well supplied.

The only critiques I have are 1) our biscuits and gravy did not have sausage in the gravy, 2) The waffle was basic and bland, the texture and flavor was on par with Golden Malted brand waffles. While perfectly acceptable for a hotel or Waffle House, I would've expected something a bit more upscale for the price and atmosphere. And, 3) our eggs and omelet were under the heat lamp for too long. They were the least hot of all the food items, they were a bit rubbery and if you've ever worked in a breakfast joint, it's pretty easy to tell from a visual perspective as the appearance of the fried eggs change.

Brunch cost $100 for 4 of us. Which isn't a price i could justify spending often, but for a special occasion, we would certainly go back.

I am just getting to know Monroe, Louisiana, since my daughter is in school here now, & everything I uncover, I fall in love with! Delta Biscuit Company has Louisiana figured out! Before we moved to South Florida, we spent a lot of time in New Orleans & in Lafayette, & now Monroe shares their title of Flavor Capital of the Bayou State! One highlight of Delta is that they offer gluten free pancakes & waffles! And, they were so kind to allow me to substitute Bananas Foster on my pancakes! (normally served on French Toast) The decor is Southern gorgeous, & I adore the tile floors, reminiscent of Tujagues in Nola. Josie was the best Server!

Coming from a strong food city in New Orleans, my standards are fairly high. I was also a chef for years and cook often at home. With that said, this place was mid. The service was...ok I guess if a little slow.

My main reason for writing this review is for one reason. It's to let the owners know that their food is under-seasoned. There's not enough salt added and so the food is bland. I'm not saying make it salty, but to make the food properly seasoned. Also, the dishes that are supposed to have spice did not.

This place just screamed mid-west suburb chic. Don't be afraid to add spice to your food.

On a good note, the biscuit was good and buttery but still lacked salt.

Parking: Sharing parking with a bunch of other businesses.
