Ordered thru Uber, they said store staff would deliver....no delivery and no one answers the phone at the store!

So, this place is super shady. To try to get food delivered through the app, it'll say they don't deliver to your area even tho you a mile n a half away. So i go on doordash n order my food, like 30 minutes goes by n someone from dominoes calls me n says, it's gonna be another hr n a half or more, and we'll just deliver it ourselves instead of using your dasher, . About ahr later girl is at my door with my food, the piza was made right, but was cold cold cold sbd the cheese bread. Like not even a little warm. So, they make you order through doordash so you spend more money, can't use your dominoes points for free food, so they can get more money, cause it's easy more expensive through the doordash app with less options, then I assume they wait until they have several orders to actually deliver, not carrying that someone's food is just sitting there for ahr getting cold. They sceaming hard. Bad place . They hustling

Trash trash trash…..If my kids didn’t want they food I wouldn’t dare order from here anymore…When you order you always wait almost an hour to get your food….Then the food be cold can never talk to anyone at the store. If the tracker say my order is being checked at a certain time go ahead and send my pizza to me fresh & hot! People don’t have money to waste just to be wasting! If you know yall don’t have drivers then don’t fix the pizza right then & there! Make it make sense! DO BETTER

I waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered! Called the store 2 times. 1st time no explanation of where my order was. The 2nd call I talked with the gentleman right as my order was being delivered. It took 2 hours!!! For my food to be delivered! Of course the pizza was cold and my soda order wasn't correct. I ordered a 2 L of root beer and a 2 L of Coke. I got two 2 L of Dr pepper. The lady who delivered my order said she was a manager and told the young man, while I was on the phone with him, she was going to give me a full refund and she would take care of when she got back to the store. I even told her she can at least keep the tip. But apparently that wasn't good enough. My calls automatically are recorded on my phone, so there is proof. No refund was issued by the next day so I called another 2 times. Both times they put me on hold. I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes. Before I ended the call they said they were busy and I needed to wait. Wait 20 minutes?? To talk to the manager who said she was going to fix it?? So, called again. The assistant manager told me there was nothing she could do. I explained to her the situation again. She then applied a $25 credit to my account. I told her that it was not acceptable. At this point I have gotten really irritated since this has been going on for several days. She then offered me a $35 credit towards my account. Again I don't feel that is acceptable. I continue to express my frustrations to her. She then said she would contact the young lady, apparently manager and training, who said she was going to give me a full refund. And call me back. I'm very frustrated with the fact that I am being given the runaround. This is completely unprofessional. I don't think I will be ordering from Domino's ever again since this is an ongoing issue I've had with them regardless of the location. what makes the situation even worse is I was in town for a funeral staying at a hotel. Things were already stressful enough between a family's death and driving 10 hours last minute to get here. I will only be satisfied if corporate or whoever has the authority to give me a full refund back to my original payment!! Not a credit to my account!! Like I said I don't want to purchase from Domino's ever again since it has been an ongoing issue with different locations. There was no clear communication and I was lied to. Completely unacceptable! Completely unprofessional! If I don't receive a refund I will be forced to file a claim with my bank account and also contact the BBB.

On 7/26/25 my wife and was celebrating our anniversary. We decided to order lunch because we had reservations later for diner with family. I ordered a pizza while in Sam’s Wholesale. We then waited in the parking lot of Dominoes for 10 minutes. My mobile app showed in the oven. I then went to the drive thru. After another 5 minutes the employee acknowledged us and asked me to drive around the building and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I did so. I then went back thru the drive thru in a rain. The female employee came up to the window holding up a receipt and gave a thumbs up. We sat there 10 more minutes. No response. I then observed 2 separate customers back out of the drive thru behind us and walk into the inside in the rain. The employees began waiting on them. I decided to pull up and walk inside. A second female employee began to look for our pizza a bread sticks. She couldn’t find them. She got the receipt and went to the baker. I observed him tell her he’d have to start making our order. She told me what he said and offered me a drink. I was extremely shocked and fed up at this point. I ask for a full refund and afterwards left. This was 50 minutes and the order apparently was never prepared or they gave it to someone else. This is very upsetting and unacceptable. What happened to customer service.

Absolutely love this Domino’s location!
The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff is super friendly and fast, whether I’m picking up or getting delivery. They never miss a beat the crust is crispy, the cheese is melty, and the service is topnotch every time. Definitely my go to pizza spot!
