I order from this location often. My food is always correct and prepared in a timely manner. The staff is always courteous and professional with me, which has got to be tough for them at times because it gets insanely busy there during peak times of the day.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is an option at this store.
Huge shout out to GM Stephanie! I placed an online order for delivery and it was running late. So I called this location thinking I had placed the order there, turns out I had placed the order at a different location. Stephanie unexpectedly went out of her way to find where I placed my order, called me to let me know that she found it and it's on its way. She didn't have to do that and I was very appreciative of her.

Today, 11/19, I placed an order and then, not two minutes later, I called three times to cancel (I paid online). There was NO ANSWER!! So, I just went there to get my order that I didn't even need. When the guy came to the window, I asked why the app wasn't letting me redeem my pizza. He said he would ask the manager. Ten seconds later, he said the manager said she didn't have anything to do with the app. So, I asked him to ask her why the phones weren't being answered. I didn't need the order. Do you think she came to the window? NO!! What a SORRY EXCUSE OF A MANAGER!!

Wasn’t happy at all. Ordered honey bbq wings. They squirted a little bit of bbq sauce. Didn’t taste like honey bbq at all. I attempted to eat one. That’s all I could eat. Wasted money.
Called to place an order for 20 mins while driving up there,never answered.. I finally get there and waited at the window for 10-15 mins for the guy to finally ask me what I needed, so I was like yeah I need to place an order and he told me that their screen is full and I can’t place a order.. absolutely ridiculous.. if your not taking orders at least pick the phone up and tell someone

Drove up to this establishment this evening to pick up supper. There was a car in the ordering line and I had a mobile pickup order so I drove around to the pick up window. I made sure to drive over the line ringer and I sat there and waited… and waited all the while there’s workers looking over at me and there’s a man at the other window helping another car. I swear I waited there 15 minutes with cars behind me. What made me even madder was a person walked in and was immediately helped. So I made out the line and park just to come inside and see the man at the other window now helping the car that was behind me. I say the pick up order name and I told the man I’ve been waiting in that line for 15- 20 minutes and haven’t been helped. All he said in a nonchalant monotone voice is sorry. I will not be back to this Domino’s ever again and will steer people away from using them.

My husband (who is out of town) ordered the kid's pizza and desert today (3/23) he chose delivery (which isn't the first time) usually no problem but today the delivery driver just stood outside his truck looking crazy...didn't try to ring the doorbell to see if he was at the right house no nothing! So opened my side door and he asked "What's this address?" I told him and he seemed very irritated and started saying next time answer the phone and get door numbers for the house, I told him my husband ordered the food from work while in another state and the address is on the mailbox, and the house idk how he missed it but Noone else had that problem. Last time it was a problem at the pickup window now this... I will be going to the Domino's on Sterlington Rd from now on.
