My family and I stopped in during a long road trip. There was a woman in the restaurant making a scene and I do NOT like confrontation so I nearly had us all leave. We decided to stay and the manager Eugene took our order, and he just smiled and handled that situation with such grace. Super friendly, the food was delicious, and the whole restaurant was clean and everyone working there was kind. I’m glad we didn’t leave ☺️

The Manager, Eugene Whitney is very aggressive with his staff. He also charges an automatic donation to your order without asking, which according to the Firehouse Sub Foundation, he is not supposed to do. Based on how he treated his staff today, I will not support this establishment again.

The manager needs to be educated in how to treat employees, door dashers, and anyone he thinks is beneath him. Depends on who you ask he's either fantastic or horrible. If you're in law enforcement, lawyer, long time frequent customer, etc you've likely had good experiences at this location. If you're a person he believes is beneath him you've probably seen a different side. If one cannot treat a janitor with the same courtesy and respect as the CEO you have no business being in a management position. Needs to do better, much better.
