The Manager, Eugene Whitney is very aggressive with his staff. He also charges an automatic donation to your order without asking, which according to the Firehouse Sub Foundation, he is not supposed to do. Based on how he treated his staff today, I will not support this establishment again.

I absolutely love walking into this place!!! If you just feeling down, go in and have a seat, this is a great atmosphere. I promise by the time you get ready to leave you will feel so much better than when you walked in. Food is great!!!

The manager needs to be educated in how to treat employees, door dashers, and anyone he thinks is beneath him. Depends on who you ask he's either fantastic or horrible. If you're in law enforcement, lawyer, long time frequent customer, etc you've likely had good experiences at this location. If you're a person he believes is beneath him you've probably seen a different side. If one cannot treat a janitor with the same courtesy and respect as the CEO you have no business being in a management position. Needs to do better, much better.
