Tonight was a surprise. No longer a craft brew house, now a full service bar. Place was busy, so that’s good. 20 minute wait for a draft beer, so that’s bad. What I saw tonight was a fun place if you’re in to crowds, but a disappointing place if you’re into a good draft beer. Been a patron for several years, purchased several kegs and lots of pints, but I didn’t recognize it tonight. Hoping this is an anomaly, but the 1/5ths behind the bar say otherwise.
I actually brought an empty keg planning to go home with 1 or 2 kegs, as I have done many times. I was told it would be at least 30 minutes before they could service me. I have never experienced this. Sure missed Nate tonight.
Was told it would be at least 30 minutes before someone could get me a keg, but stock limited. Had a couple beers and took my EMPTY keg home. So sad. Hate to go to Great Raft as my keg go to, but what can a guy do?
Update: See excellent explaination below. Growing pains for small business. Tough waters to navigate. Still a Flying Tiger Fan, and I'm sure Nate's night off was well deserved. Seems he's always there when I go in.
Planning to continue to be support local when I can.

Arrived at 8:45pm on a Saturday placed an order for 2 pizzas. They close at 10pm. At 9:30pm we waved down the waiter to asked when we are expecting the pizza to be done. They never sent the order to the kitchen. Our fault for not checking sooner. They apologized and refired up the over that they already turned off. Got the pizzas at 9:47 with a free round of beers.

Amazing Duck Confit Pizza. Weekly special not on regular menu but it should be. Incredible. Good Beer. Wish I had more time to sample Flying Tigers Pizza’s and apps.

Great food and great people. Definitely one of the best sports bars in town. Good seating and tv setup is great. Service was a little slow, but they make up for it with food and sports. Love it. Definitely recommend

Fantastic pizza! BEST in this area! And service is EXCELLENT! We just celebrated a birthday with Flying Tiger and Nathan and Abby were extremely helpful and a delight to work with. We will definitely be frequenting this business often.

Service was great and the band on Thursdays is very good! We love the games outside.

Fantastic pizza! Amazing crust. Hard to not pick up the next piece even when full!The Monroe Lager is a perfect light beer! Getting one or two on draft and a six pack to go is a big part of me driving over from Ruston.
