This place has no business being this good. The beers... I hate to admit it but every city I go to I try to find the best IPA the area offers. They may not want to call their beers IPAs for fear of scaring people off but they are phenomenal. The service is impeccable (EXTREMELY friendly people) and the atmosphere is nice (stereotypical brewery with a dash of local WWII history) despite it's location in the concrete jungle area of Monroe. Every time I come here, the beer is fresh and the food is great. I always get the THE CLASSIC salad. The single is enough for 1 person. You can add Duck to the salad IF you want. The Service is just as good as the food and beer.
Flying Tiger is one of my favorite places in Monroe. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the laid back atmosphere and the way they always pour themselves into all things local.
