Glad I finally gave GiGi's a try! It's a little pricey, but its definitely worth the money! The plate was filled, but didn't last long as it was delicious! I had the chicken and sausage gumbo with catfish and my wife had the seafood gumbo. We also got the king cake cheesecake which was great also! Will definitely be back again!

I meet the owner he’s really nice, there drinks are everything, the food is amazing, they are ALWAYS PACKED‼️ And the place is always clean♥️?? I LOVE COMING HERE I’VE PROBABLY GAIN ABOUT 20 lbs for coming to much but it’s fine?

Food is delicious, good size servings but parking was a nightmare with construction in progress. Line was going out of the door. It was well worth the trip despite the parking mess. I’ve since passed by and parking is complete.

Y’all see this plate; you can tell it was made with love and care. GiGi's Kountry Kitchen is top tier; this is southern comfort soul food. The flavors, the 12-hour slow-cooked oxtails that slide off the bone, and they were beyond falling. The homemade mashed potatoes were filling and buttery but still maintained a fluffiness; the gravy was excellent. The cabbage was sweet and delicious, and the cornbread tied the meal together so well it wasn’t too sweet but just the perfect thing to set it off. I’m beyond impressed. Customer service was exceptional; everyone was all smiles, and the kool-aid, the red kool-aid, was made to perfection. This was the best soul food in Monroe and ever from a restaurant. 10/10. I would recommend it. I will be back.

Food was good but kinda pricey.. food came fast and the service was good.. the restaurant was neat and clean. It could use more signs on the outside to help it to be more noticeable and a stable menu.. but all and all it's a must visit
