Great American Cookies

I placed an order online and was charged for my item. After I was charged the company called me and said they were out of chocolate chip cookie dough. I canceled the order and was told that I should receive a refund in 7 days. After 3 weeks and no refund I had to end up doing a dispute and stop payment with my bank. I spoke with the manager at the location and all he could say was I refunded it on my end. I would have to talk to my regional manager and I’ll call you back. I never received a call. Will never order online again with from this company. In the future don’t take payment until you can verify you can make the order.

We always order GAC but I just had to brag on this specific one. Ordered online, all I said was “a crawfish with a party hat and some corn and potatoes” and man they did not disappoint!! This was the cutest one yet! Whoever designed this cake, thank you, you did a great job, give that person a raise!!

The cookies are decorated beautifully. They taste fresh, moist and are crispy. The staff is friendly, patient & helpful.

The cookie quality has gotten to be ridiculous. No taste, paper thin, and the icing have no flavor. On top of all that, you are charging an art fee! After all these years of us coming to you, this has gotten downright sorry.

My cookies were stale and the cookie tastes like it was yesterday old!!! These cookies are too expensive to be stale.

The cookies are amazing! But WAY to sweet for my liking and also sometimes its burnt or just not good. But those things rarely happen and I go here ALOT.

I looked pass the negative reviews and low rating this place has and decided to give them a try. I basically gave this company $40.00 “free” because in return I got a pitiful cookie cake.I placed this order on Sunday morning, asked for it to be done by 1PM on Monday- 10/24/22. Let me just say I was in the mall shopping and finished early I stopped just to see if it would be ready early. 11:43AM to be exact the cake was done! Ok, so we get to the house and I’m noticing how cold and hard the icing and cake is. I called and asked for a manger or supervisor. I was told one wasn’t available. Spoke with a gentleman who actually told me “this cake was made on Sunday and placed in a refrigerator”! This really made me upset because previously I was told they make these cakes “fresh” that was a lie! This was a disaster and disgrace on this company. The cookie cake didn’t even taste good, there wasn’t anything moist or soft about this cake, it was very displeasing. I can assure you if you see the negative remarks and ratings stay away! I should have done that in the beginning. All businesses are becoming alike and scheming money out of honest people, if we pay you for something you should follow through and serve us with the best! It was a first and last time for us here.

I ordered chewy pecan Supreme today and was given chocolate chip pecan cookies...I am a little frustrated and wish someone will answer the phone instead of having the phone off the hook...
