Had a wonderful breakfast this morning/almost lunchtime. Miss Candy was our server, she took great care of us, making sure we didn't need for anything. She took drink orders and had coffee on the table as soon as we were seated.The food was so good, I had the sampler and that was alot of food, the ham slices were delicious. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience. Would recommend this IHOP anytime.

We always come to IHOP when we are in Monroe visiting. My son remembered this outlet because the server gave him a big cup of hot chocolate on the house when we were here in 2019.

We visited this outlet 3x on our recent trip. We ordered the burgers with Impossible patty and oh my days, they were the best burgers I've ever had in my life. It was plain and simple, just a patty with tomato and lettuce and that freshly toasted fluffy bun. I will be dreaming of it for a long time to come. I also had my burger with a side of pancakes because it is IHOP.

Service was always consistently good, occasionally very good but on our final visit there, I think we got a new girl who was very confused by my order for 'hot tea' and things went downhill quite quickly from there. She really did try and we eventually got our orders (including my tea bag...with no hot water).

My only gripe about this outlet is the grease smell is a bit strong, but it only bothered me and no one else.

The best thing I can say about this restaurant is that the waitress we had checked on us like she should've, that's it! The food was horrible, they needed new booths and they cheated me out of some money! I won't be going back anytime soon! That was my second visit!!!

My chicken quesadilla was disgusting, I believe it should have only had chicken and cheese but I had green onions and onions and mushrooms and I was like no anyways despite my food and the lack of the knowledge on how to make an iced coffee the staff was really nice.
Whoever was cooking that night I hope they get some training.

The pecanland mall location,Monroe, Louisiana. 5:45 pm on a week night. 3 cars in the lot (should have been a clue) 6 people in the restaurant. Had to wait for someone to show up at the hostess podium. Then they take us to the far back corner and seat us in a booth with ripped up seats. The food was mediocre at best. Will not be back to that location ever. Your problem ihop, you have no real managers. You have unqualified, unmotivated employees with a title they didn't earn.

I LOVE IHOP, and this entire experience made me sad. Every single thing and surface was sticky. I understand it's a pancake house, and syrup can get everywhere, but even the "clean" silverware right out of the napkins were still sticky. Half the restaurant was without lights on, to the point when we drove up, we weren't even sure they were open. Our waitress, while polite, only had our table to serve, and it still took half of our meal to get even a single refill on a drink. The booth seats are so badly broken that you have to slide across to find a spot where you aren't being jabbed by whatever is inside, sitting on torn pleather, or in a hole. The restaurant is in really bad shape, and it's obvious that the owner/franchisee has given up on maintaining any sort of standards. Even my beloved pancakes were just sad. The coffee tasted as if it had been sitting in a pot for hours, burning to the bottom, and the apple juice was warm. It wasn't even the staff's fault. It's management and the owner at fault for ruining this place. And if IHOP execs think anything will get better by merging with Crapplebees, they might as well shut the doors to all locations now and save themselves the embarrassment. Sad IHOP, so sad.

We went to get breakfast at IHOP today. We’ve told ourselves every time we go here why do we keep coming back?!?! It’s been a while thought we would try it again!!! Nope!!! Sat down looking over menu brings my orange juice and a glass of water. I go to take a drink of the OJ and noticed that the glass wasn’t actually cold. Took a drink and said nope this why I don’t come here. How in the world do you serve OJ lukewarm?!?! AINT nothing more nasty tasting than OJ that AINT cold!!! They need to bring back breakfast stuff they use to fix before COVID. Ain’t no reason yall shouldn’t still have the Big Country Breakfast or the stuffed French toast. Well I guess we should have known better than to go in when there was only one other person in there besides us. We left went to Whataburger instead and got a great breakfast and didn’t have to pay IHOP high prices.

Showed up after Laney Wilson concert at 11:00. They close at 12 midnight. It’s 12:12 am and still waiting. Another waiter said he forgot to put our order in. First question I have is how can this place pass a health inspection. It’s filthy. A/C vents haven’t been cleaned in I would say 10 years. The floor is so greasy you will bust your butt walking to your table. Should have left right then. Our table was so sticky we had to wipe it off. Would recommend IHOp shut this place down. Service was horrible also. There was 1 young lady that helped. The guys working could have cared less.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited forever to be seated… half of our parties food came and then 20 minutes later the water came back and asked what we were missing.. ermmm the rest of our party’s food? That you wrote down when we ordered? Had to refill our own drinks. Absolutely terrible.

The waitresses sat each at a stand eating from the sonic restaurant in front of us, they were talking very loudly, as if they were at a party, on their cell phones and eating. I never saw my waitress again, i needed more coffee, water, syrup and nobody come in. There was no sugar (completely empty) or syrup on the table, one of the worst services we have received, I had to go to the cashier without a ticket and the person who was there gave me a discount for the bad service. The food is delicious! The waffles... but the service horrible!
