Haven't been to Jade in several years. Thought we would give it another try. Now I remember why I haven't been in so long. The waitress yelled at us from her location about half way in the room and motioned us to our table in the back. Couldnt get off her phone call to be bothered greeting us at the door. But to the food...it was terrible!! I tried several options hoping to find at least one bright spot but no luck. All of the sauces on the chicken dishes were like glue. The noodles were gummy and old. Nothing we ate seemed fresh. Just plain bad all the way around. Waste of 30.00 bucks! Might try it again in several more years but could go with never going there again.

Was greeted/seated promptly and enjoyed the food, but the waitress never refilled my iced tea... Cooked crab salad could use more baked cheese on top and a bit less oil/butter but the flavor was great. Stuffed mushrooms need less onion to me. The cream cheese wonton, dumplings, fried zucchini coins, and bourbon chicken were tasty.

A surprisingly good choice for weekday lunch buffet. Surprising in that, I did not expect such a variety of vegetarian choices in Louisiana. Nicely arranaged foor sorted by categories. The place was very crowded and noisy for a weekday lunch--attributed it to the popularity among local people. WE were just traveling through but would definitely visit the place if we were anywhere near Monroe.

Not very busy which I felt was a plus. I felt rushed because every time I put my fork down they were snatching my plate away. Saw a worker pick up a nearby tables forks and move them just to take their plates. The worker quite literally removed the plate from under my husband’s hand as he was putting his fork down. Rude.Rude.Rude. The food was mostly hard and cold. There was a decent variety and it basically seemed clean. We won’t go back.

Horrible food and service. The last time I ate at this location was about 3 to 4 months ago and it was much better. The decline in service and food quality was such that I will never be back. The food was terrible (the egg drop soup, in particular, extremely greasy and looked like a urine sample which added grease) and the wait staff was rude. Crossing this one off the list forever!
