Javi P's Fresh Mex

Food was fresh and not greasy. We enjoyed the build your own burrito bowl, quesadilla, and some plain guacamole (meals came w/ chips). Chicken and steak were good. Could have been more seasoned in general but they did have a salsa bar to enhance it (which was not labeled and a bit messy). Music was odd and kinda loud. Service was fast but not particularly friendly. Prices were a little much for a place where you get your own drink, salsa, and no table service. No frills but fresh.

I would give it a five star rating but you have to pay attention they act like nobody understand them when they be talking smack in Spanish an I speak Spanish fluently an I thought I would put this out there you never know who speaks your language so stop with the antics 🫡

Someone please bring Chipotle or Moe’s to the Monroe area quickly!! Not only is their food cold, ill seasoned and sub par . The customer service Is horrendous. The front cashier (bad dye job to blonde with the fake name of flor) is incredibly rude and incessantly rolled her eyes at me. Save your bucks. Go somewhere else!

There is one very rude employee. Should be fired. Starts making remarks in Spanish and thinks people don’t understand her. Again, she should be fired!

Food was nothing like I remembered it staff was nice even though they were getting ready to close but a $20 burrito that I threw half away that is unacceptable It tasted like it has been sitting out for hours

i’ve been craving chipotle and i’ve never had it and this is the closest thing to it and it’s so good, i highly recommend this place, they filled my bowl to the top and it was so good definitely coming back

Ordered through door dash. My meal was delivered quickly and it was still warm. 💞 Excellent delivery driver, awesome food and affordable prices. I ordered the nachos with double meat of steak and the cheese dip. Delicious 😋 I will definitely order from Javi P's again.

I actually enjoyed the food …, but the costumer service is trash . I’ll never spend a dollar with them again .treated me as if was invisible when i came in . Asked to be served they told me they were closed …mind you it was 3pm other people were inside eating ..this was the Monroe location ..at the west Monroe facility i was ignored and literally waited 20 mins to be served they just sat n looked at me even thought i asked for service and overcharged for an order i know the price of …if you’re a person of color i wouldn’t spend a dollar with these disgusting humans

Extremely good food, got the bowl with what I wanted, they fill it to the top and don’t ship on anything. The salsa and chip were freshly made and so was the guacamole.
