Food is honestly not bad.it got ridiculously expensive at the start of covid and they never went back down.The service is terrible. I normally don’t care about service. I only do once it starts making my experience worse. That’s the only reason I’m leaving this review.There are 3 younger guys who are always screwing around up front. Dropping things, they get my order wrong constantly because they are just talking or on their phones, and it takes forever to just get through a line. I have to remind them 2 or 3 times what I ordered or just to get a bag of chips. They treat it like it’s an inconvenience for me to be there. I don’t know what happened. But I hate it now. Used to adore this place.

While eating at this establishment, I came across a metal hook-like substance in my chicken bowl. I brought it to the manager's attention who later apologized and issued a refund. Not wanting this to happen to anyone else, I took the necessary steps to help prevent this from happening again. I thank God that I didn't swallow the metal object. I am not suggesting that people stop eating here but if or when you do please pay attention to what you are putting into your mouth and body.Respectfully,SS

We love going here. Food is great. But it was ruined this past Saturday nite when the employees serving food were vaping while serving. Really? Come on. Do better please. Don’t let this great place decline.More details - cashier was the vaping employee. Guys were nice, but entirely inappropriate for someone to be in food service and doing something like that. I typically don't have an issue with this restaurant. I normally enjoy the food and the environment. However, recently I found out that I am not able to eat gluten. I went in and asked the young guy if the food I was ordering was gluten free. He looked at me blankly and said "huh?" I repeated myself louder and he stared at me and shrugged and said "I don't know" and looked away from me. I had no idea what to do or say because I did not want to make a big deal about it so I just ordered and went on frustrated to say there least. I would have appreciated an "oh let me check" or something along those lines. Not even the cashier or other worker in the area, that heard the conversation, stepped in or even bothered to answer my simple, important question. I did not appreciate the customer service here. Nor were any of the workers friendly. Side note, everything is way too expensive. $33 bucks for a simple quesadilla, chicken & rice bowl, and a small order of queso. Insane.
