A large group of us ate at Jo-El’s during a basketball tournament. Food was amazing (especially the lodes tots)! Prices were extremely fair for the quality and portions. They were kind and efficient in taking care of our large group. We will be back next time we are in Monroe.

It was my first time trying jo-els...I got the poboy to go..big mistake lol. It wss very delicious but very messy..the meat had the best flavor ever BUT as a picky eater because of my adhd the bread was so so soggy as soon as I opened my sandwich and I ate in the parking lot so it didn't sit long any. It was so juicy it just made the bottom bread fall apart. Maybe they could do it all separate to prevent this issue..I couldn't imagine if I drove home and ate it ...I would of been able to . But like I said the meat flavor was top notch.

My server was Kaylee, even though it was after the lunch rush, she greeted me immediately, sat me down, got my iced tea with plenty of lemon, and gave me a few minutes to look over their menu. She was very helpful on making my decision to govwith their burger of the day, A french dip burger , loaded with fried sweet taters! It was made fresh to order and while I waited, and she wasnt busy, she talked to me about their history. We also spoke of other local eateries and her take on ones to try out! I really like this place and will definitely be back! I hope Kaylee will be my server again! 10 out of 10!

Sunday lunch special is fantastic and a good value. Food is seasoned well and tasty. If the Mac and cheese is an option it is made with queso and has a great flavor.

The food and service were great. The Steak & Cheddar flatbread with sweet potato fries was really good. My wife had the Philly, which was good, but the bread was just too thick. Everything was hot, fresh and good quality. We definitely recommend this place. Michael gave great service.
