It was late so we had to do the drive thru but they were very friendly when taking my phone order and when we went to pick up our food at the window. More importantly the pizza was surprisingly fire! I live in Chicago and we have some of the best pizza in the world but this place was not shameful like most places in cities I've visited. I got the chicken ranchero. Bussin'!

The manager, Evan McPherson, at the Johnny's Pizza location in Monroe, La,On Desaird St.He is a phenomenal, manager! His customer service was 100%. They need more store managers like Evan McPherson!
My experience here today at this location as far as service has been great. There was a guy here, Al , that was busy getting ice from the back but greeted me from where I was and got right up to me. Took my order, extra friendly and while I'm waiting for my pizza , he has been extra busy, getting the salad bar prepped with ice and has a hustle to his step. Not sure if a manager or an employee but either way he's definitely shining in this location.
