Came and got the special and was served old chicken. You could see the chicken was old when they put it in the bucket yet they still served it.

I ordered a 12pc family meal and only got 9 pcs of chicken. I was not informed that they didn't put the thighs in the bucket but they still charged me full price.. I would have been okay with being short chicken but at least tell me and don't charge me full price. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Went by at 5:10 pm today… and was rudely told by a drive thru lady… we ain’t got no chicken.. it will be at least 25 to 30 minutes before the chicken would be done… so I told her never mind and went to Popeyes and got what I wanted without any rudeness… imagine wanting chicken at KFC.. she acted like I was ordering a T-bone steak… stay away from this hood store

10/23/24 -10:30_10-45........ I never felt so disrespected for walking inside of one of my favorite restaurants.... The young lady was very very disrespectful and kicking me out when I did not understand what time it actually was and what time the guys actually open...... The older lady was rude on the front counter... The cook came to the window and only kept saying 10:30 again no cell phone did not understand what time it was I left my phone in backpack in class on ULM campus... The food was nice but the service was downright horrible!!!!!!!

Asked what sauces she had if she could tell me....she said "We have a lot"... ?? how is that helpful ? $5 dollar combo was good.
Brought back by a coworker after years. Food quality dropped , topped with an awful service at 11am (common y’all just opened),they will give your food right away but the attitude of the receptionist is worse than a teenagers. Don’t expect much from this place!

Food is typical KFC. Service is always SLOW. Update...Service was actually much better today. Employees don't seem too happy, but one did at least smile a little. They were quite helpful with the order and offering to holding a to-go warm until we left. That was very nice! Good job, KFC! I still love the flavor of that original recipe.
