August 31,2025 2:50pm . Order a 3pc crispy and 2pc dark with fries . We get to window and pay. The cashier hand us our change,without a receipt. We get food and pull off. We get a min down the road open food and the chicken is hard Ole chicken. We pull back up.and when I tell the manager the chicken old i would like some fresh he tell me that is fresh chicken. We argue back and forth bout rather it was fresh or not .

Went to Popeyes on MLK a hour ago the chicken taste like churches chicken now and the beans and rice was watered down service is in the drive thru doesn't take long I'm just disappointed I've been told by friends that they go to other Popeye locations I will now, Popeyes is my favorite fast food chicken spot.

Just bout this when I got off work French fries were not edible hard and old. Can't get anyone to answer the phone to tell them they are not busy. Ruined my meal had to cook anyway. Waste of 8.76. Employees were very nice.

The fact I used to work for KFC on Desaid. Y'all really need to do better 165 south. The service Is wack depending on who there. Food taste horrible. I spent 31 dollars last night for myself and my 3 kids. And only my son was able to eat his food. Tenders was hard couldn't break. Mac and cheese was mushy and old as ever. My 8 piece nuggets combo was old. Like ppl dont know when y'all giving them old food. KFC needs to do better.
