Tell me why for 2 people it's a 45 min wait?? With chairs open at the bar. Multiple booths and tables on both sides unoccupied.

Do not stop here! This was one of the worse dining experiences we have ever had. We should have left when we walked in and could tell the place had not been cleaned in quite some time. We waited over an hour for our meal. When it came, 2 of the 3 plates were wrong. Lobster was still cold and not cooked through. Medium steak was well done. Well done steak was medium. Just a miserable experience all around. The manager did offer to re-do our meal, but after 70 mins of waiting we decided to take our loss and leave.

Service and scheduling ahead was terrible and if your eating in a group the way they put you together is not really together.No reason to really try to schedule still waited to hours to eat. Great place to eat for 2 but anymore go to another place

Wasn't informed the fryer was down until after we were seated. No appetizers, no french fries. After ordering our meals, informed of no sweet potatoes 😅 When we were finally served our entrees, they were not hot.

Really liked the waitress, but the kitchen was slow, took almost an hour to get our food (table of 4 @ 6:15 on a Thursday) and my steak was very tough and overcooked (12 oz s NY strip) should have been medium rare and was a firm medium well. If I have to wait that long I'll wait to get seated at Texas Roadhouse and get much better steak.

My steak came out it was almost raw I was so hungry I decided to eat .It had so much gristle in it it wasn't feat to eat the manage offer to cook another one so I said make it a 12 oz. It was cook done on a flat grill not a fire grill it was about 3'8 thick . Being a Butcher the steak was graded select .

This is the second time we went in and we sat but after 10 minutes of no server we left!
This was my 2nd time attempting to eat there with a small-large party. Each time, the wait to be seated was over an hour. On one occasion the party was for 6-8 and we were told they may not be able to seat us, not sure why when the place was pretty vacant. But on 12/31 we were there waiting over an hour and told them the party was for about 20. They incorrectly stated that they were told 12 and that they were short staffed. We didn’t mind about them being short staffed but one of the managers were super rude and going back and forth with members of the dining party about the party size. We were eventually told we couldn’t be serviced. Now I’m convinced they don’t like to make money from larger parties. This location definitely needs new management!
