We came here for lunch and was seated immediately. We ordered a drink and appetizer at the same time. When the appetizer came out we then put in our entree order. I've learned that if you put your entree order in too close to your appetizer order it all comes out at the same time. This day we had a traditional cheeseburger cook medium. It came out hot juicy and cooked to perfection. It was delicious. I was dining with my mother-in-law and we shared the cheeseburger and the fries. For the appetizer we got the spicy chicken bites which I had planned to bring the rest home to my daughter but I forgot them on the table. Bummer. With one appetizer and a cheeseburger entree and two drinks the total was about $27. Not too bad imo. We were very busy and not alot of time but wanted to sit for lunch instead of driving through somewhere. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a Fave, too but I love a good juicy cheeseburger once in a while.

We were there 11/21/25 and as always the steak was not cook the way we order it. I writing a review this time because we had to leave as soon as we got our food. We order his steak well well done and when we got it home it was bloody as always. If we could have stayed we would have sent it back to be cook a little more, but as I said we had to leave. Longhorn you got to do better. Not everyone wants to eat the blood of animal. And I order Salmon 10 oz. It was OK. I don't order steak because it half done every time. So my complaints.

I have never been to a steakhouse where the server brought out plastic to-go utensils for us to eat with, did not bring the starter I ordered because it went to a different table, and we had to get a different server passing by to get a refill on our drinks. The food was not cooked as ordered and we had to point out that we didn't receive all of the sides we ordered or send back the ones we did because it was not prepared the way we ordered them. I heard this was a good place to eat, but never again...never again.

Arrived shortly after 7pm on Sunday, November 16th. 3 different couples were waiting on tables at the door...no hostess in site for about 5 minutes. 3 workers walked up to the bar area and saw us standing at the door and we were never greeted. Once the hostess walked up we were told there was a 15 minute wait...ok, cool, no problem. We get to our table after 12-15 minutes waiting. Our waitress came to the table within 5 minutes and got our drink order, appetizer order and dinner order all at once. Our steak dinners arrived before we ever got our drinks or appetizer. I asked the lady that delivered our food to please cancel the appetizer since we already had our dinner. Shortly after...our appetizer showed up. My husband asked that I not say anything else and just go with it. They never apologized for bringing our drinks out late or for delivering the appetizer after the dinner or for not acknowledging that I canceled the appetizer. Our drinks stayed empty until she brought us a check. The restaurant was not busy at all and the table beside us was having issues as well with their drinks staying empty. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Maybe training the staff better or hiring people that actually know how to wait tables would help. Very disappointed in the service.

Me & my friend dined at this establishment on the night of October 24th & we had what was probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Firstly it took our waitress literally 30 minutes to come back with our drinks (no exaggeration) only for me to be informed that they were out of raspberry syrup. I told her that it was fine & to just bring me a water & it took her another 15 minutes to come back with the water. Also somehow we got our spicy bites before our waters? Our appetizer was obviously picked off of because I’ve been to this restaurant countless times & I’ve never seen a spicy bite plate that empty & they forgot my green onions. About an hour & 30 minutes later we got our food (keep in mind it was slow not busy) & my steak that I requested to be medium was very obviously medium well. Also i never received my Caesar salad which is supposed to come before the meal. We just told our server to bring boxes & the checks & the raspberry lemon was still on my check & she caught an attitude when I informed her that i never received a raspberry lemonade. We just left our cash on the table & left. I was honestly appalled at the service my friend & I received.
