Upon arrival, we noticed it was pretty busy, nothing unusual. We entered the restaurant and told it would be a 25 minute wait, that was not a problem so we give the host our name and number and proceeded outside to wait. After about 45 minutes we hadn’t been called so we went in to check only to find a young man at the hostess counter, so we asked if we were overlooked and he said that we were at the top of the list but no phone number was available I assured him that my number was given and repeated back to me. After we were finally seated it took another 20 mins before anyone came to our table to take our drink and appetizers order. When I waitress finally arrived she took our order brought out the bread but we waited another ten minutes for silverware and our bread had become cold by then. The food did come out kind of quickly, we were asked if we wanted a refill that only came after we asked for the check. I normally have a great experience with Longhorns as it is one of my favorite restaurants, but was very disappointed last night.

Ordered steak baked potato butter only . My sister got her food fast . It was forty five minutes later that I got mine. Bake potatoe was load with cheese . Waitress was rude . She took it back I asked that it be to go .I finally got it with an attitude. I want go back .

Drove almost 2 1/2 hrs from out of town and called and made reservations before going to establishment. The restaurant was not busy at all. When we got there manager told us they don’t accommodate big parties (12) and wouldn’t even sit us in the back as we had children and didn’t want to be a big disturbance. Will not be going back.

My husband and I went there today and waited an hour waiting for our food whilst the workers argued amongst each other out server slammed items n behaved so terribly with customers asking questions and fellow coworkers. It was horrible then we get the food it was not completely cooked and of course we requested refund after leaving with fear of being disrespected but until today we have not gotten out refund as you wait 30 minutes on hold for manager who never comes to the phone.

Our waitress was complaining about other co workers… our food wasn’t fixed properly… ticket was wrong, waitress handed us an incorrect ticket with a $35 up charge on a wine that we did not receive, food all arrived at the same time as the salads.

Customer service was horrible. She took our order. The drinks and cold bread came out but I asked for some hot bread. The wait for the food was about an hour. The salad came out with the meal. Not acceptable. We asked for two to go boxes. She went off briskly and took 20 minutes to bring back to go boxes. I asked off I could small box for the salad. She never came. I asked another server if she could get sma. Box. It took her maybe 5 minutes. The last straw. She brought the tickets and mixed up the chaser cards. The meal was cold. Ugh
