This place has good service, it's packed sometimes around lunch. Good sized salads. Reuben is good.

I just have to take a moment to shout out the amazing service I received from Alonzo and Micheal at McAlister’s! From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and professional. He had such a kind demeanor and made sure every detail of my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Alonzo’s energy was refreshing—he was attentive without being overbearing and made the whole dining experience feel personal and enjoyable. Exceptional service like his deserves to be recognized. I go here often for lunch while at work. Only one time in 4 years has the good been subpar (the roast on my French dip was a little burnt.) But every other time had been exactly what I was craving! Everyone I've interacted with has been very nice!
Lady taking my order with the blonde and brown roots at 12:25 on 11/25/2024 on the right side of the counter when you walk in, would not even open her mouth and speak words. I was waiting for a response the entire time and I was just looked at. The food was great but her attitude needs to be checked. I’d rather go somewhere that actually acknowledges me and respectfully has somewhat of a conversation with me. I get it people have bad days but I still respect people and acknowledge that I see them and hear them.

The staff is awesome, extremely professional, remembers the regulars by name, and every order is correct hot and ready. I love the "choose two" McAlister's Club and Chicken Tortilla Soup and those tortilla chips 😋🤗🤗
