I just have to take a moment to shout out the amazing service I received from Alonzo and Micheal at McAlister’s! From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and professional. He had such a kind demeanor and made sure every detail of my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Alonzo’s energy was refreshing—he was attentive without being overbearing and made the whole dining experience feel personal and enjoyable....

I go here often for lunch while at work. Only one time in 4 years has the good been subpar (the roast on my French dip was a little burnt.) But every other time had been exactly what I was craving! Everyone I've interacted with has been very nice!
