Its 10:30 in the morning, tell me why my cheeseburgers were cold, the cheese wouldn't melt and the corners of the bread was hard. Didn't think old cheeseburgers could even be possible this early in the morning.

Great customer service but all my food was cold. My fries were cool and stale. Nuggets- cool. Chicken patty barely warm. Back drive thru had exceptional customer service though

I ordered my food ahead of time. I had ordered a large mocha frappe, double cheeseburger, and fries. My food was ready when I pulled up, but no drink. They had me pull up to wait. I finished all my food, and still had to wait about 2 minutes before my drink was finally brought out to me.

What's the issue with Frappe Machines being broke? This one is constantly broke. Really bad customer service!!!! We need and want Frappes!! McDonalds, DO BETTER!

McDonald's has perfected the art of removing their employees from the process of ordering food at McDonald's. You may see them for a moment if you peer around the counter, furtively shoving food items into a brown paper bag in the back. There are kiosks inside where you can place your order, pay and get your receipt without speaking to anyone. The drive through is automated now, with AI taking your order. If you do get past those first few levels of separation you're greeted with a question, "Are you using our mobile app today?" This means, "have you already ordered online so we don't have to do all that? We'll just throw your bag at you through the window and you can be on your way."

And you know what? I'm here for it. Good job McDonald's. Personally, if I have to talk to an actual person in real life then something has gone wrong. I suggest all fast food restaurants follow suite.

You all know how the food tastes. (kind of like they deep fried Ronald McDonald's clown makeup) I'll just give it 3 stars and we'll act like we don't know each other if I see you in the lobby. Later. ✌🏻
