McDonald's has perfected the art of removing their employees from the process of ordering food at McDonald's. You may see them for a moment if you peer around the counter, furtively shoving food items into a brown paper bag in the back. There are kiosks inside where you can place your order, pay and get your receipt without speaking to anyone. The drive through is automated now, with AI taking your order. If you do get past those first few levels of separation you're greeted with a question, "Are you using our mobile app today?" This means, "have you already ordered online so we don't have to do all that? We'll just throw your bag at you through the window and you can be on your way."
And you know what? I'm here for it. Good job McDonald's. Personally, if I have to talk to an actual person in real life then something has gone wrong. I suggest all fast food restaurants follow suite.
You all know how the food tastes. (kind of like they deep fried Ronald McDonald's clown makeup) I'll just give it 3 stars and we'll act like we don't know each other if I see you in the lobby. Later. ✌🏻

Once again shake machine is down. Never fails. Don’t waste time.
They messed my order up the day before. Went back today to have it done over. I take it was the manager who redid my order. Mind you she had an attitude and said "I'm doing this order" well she still messed it up after looking at my receipt. I don't do tartar sauce and could not eat it. COUNT YOUR DAYS MCDONALD'
